Love this spacious and old school bar and grill. Lots of TVs. Plenty of seating. So. Much. Space. Dim lighting. The best. Love it.
Went on a Saturday night in the summer. No one there to seat you, no one to give you menus, no one to take your order, ordered a drink at the bar and they didn't know what it was, even though I pointed to it on their menu. We left. I get that there is covid-19 and places are rebuilding their employee base. But why operate at full capacity when you clearly can't handle it? It will only turn out worse for your business. Take off the things that are no longer available. Bad management and organization.
I'm a younger guy, so I like a finding a bar that really gives a great atmosphere. I have visited during the busy summer days and even the snowy winter ones. and regardless of the crowd with the not 1, not 2, but 4 bars in the space it makes getting a drink easy. From personal recommendation of a younger person, I would love to see more variety in the music or even DJs. Best bar in Naperville hands down.

Kaitlyn (I hope I got the spelling right) is just freaking awesome! She’s a bartender and super chill. Love her energy! She’ll take good care of you.
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing here, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Outstanding Customer Service..specially Miss Rhonda the bartender
The place was average. Very weird vibe inside. It was very outdated. They had very loud music playing it was hard to talk with people even right across from you. The food was fine nothing fantastic. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it did the trick. I did really enjoy their fries. It was also quick and pretty cost effective.
We waited over an hour for seating at Empire for 9 people, then they tried to squeeze us into a six top ...we said screw it and went down to Features. Had great service, really good food and a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed the meal much more than we would have at Empire. Would choose Features over the snobs at Empire any day of the week!
Went here for the first time hoping for a new great spot to eat. Unfortunately that was not the case. Food was below average, and we waited over an hour for it to come out. Also, I was asked at the door for my ID very rudely, when no one else in my party was asked. It was also not a good atmosphere at all for a family. We will definitely not be returning.
The place had good food and drinks but it did not handle the traffic of customers well. We were waiting for orders to be taken for over 45 minutes. Not sure if it was waiter driven or resteraunt driven. Not the best experience not the worst...
