My ribs were cold, and service was extremely slow. When I finally got seated -( Now keep in mind it wasn't crowded) I was served water with no ice. What place does this????? Warm water , but chilled ribs. Don't know if I would recommend anyone trying this place.
Ribs were horrible tasted old and were delivered ice cold. Couldn’t enjoy my food. Never again.

Picked up Famous Dave's at Granite City in Naperville, IL. I love Famous Dave's but this was not the quality of Famous Dave's. Granite City is partnering with Famous Dave's and it is pick up or delivery only. Ribs and beef briskett was boiled, tough, not smoked for more than 15 minutes. Pulled pork was baked, slightly smoked. It was the most disappointing experience for Famous Dave's. Understandably, this was the Granite City staff trying using the Famous Dave's name. I ordered a quart of beans for $11, and got a pint. This was so disappointing and will never head back to Granite City for Famous Dave's pick up. No BBQ sauces were offered, nothing.
I've loved Famous Dave's for years and years. This place is not the same. Your orders take bottom priority over the restaurant orders, the food quality (ribs) is poor - nowhere close to a regular Famous Dave's. Mistakes on simple orders are to be expected. Such a disappointment.
Food and service were good. The ambience suffered from the frigid wind that blew on us from the lobby every time someone opened the doors.
Famous Dave’s bar Granite city and they basically stop making the ribs you have to drive to Addison if you want real famous Dave’s do not buy any of the ribs here they’re awful

Wanted a pulled chicken sandwich. So, we placed an order online. We ordered some food, two pulled chicken sandwiches no cheese due to lactose intolerance and a burger. We were unpleasantly surprised to find melted cheese on both pulled chicken sandwiches once we return home. I called the restaurant, spoke with a young lady who stated “the manager was busy, but would call me back.” Well 72 hours later we never received a call. It’s for that reason we won’t return. We all make mistakes, but poor customer service is not acceptable. Just a waste of money.
