Appetizer was very good. Subtly sweet with the honey on top over the crunchy wonton shell. Really great if you're into cheese as it was the star of the show.The burger really lived up to its name, The G.O.A.T. The goat cheese paired with the honey was a perfect balance and they did a good job cooking my burger to order. Fries were just okay, nothing to brag about.
Finally had a chance to check out EMPIRE and while the rooftop was full we had a pleasant experience inside in this spacious space. Service was great and helpful! The pretzel bun from my custom order burger was memorable and complimented the sandwich well. Tried the homemade buffalo chips and they were just ok. Drinks were refreshing and the drink menu was expansive - refreshing and strong. Great place for a larger group as well as couples.
Awesome vibe with great cocktails, awesome food and perfect service! We ordered nearly all the appetizers.and almost ordered the Chicken Bao a second time... and we should have. We all ordered the burgers and they were perfect! The flavor profile and combinations were perfect! We ordered both dessert options and WOW were they amazing!!! Donuts Donuts Donuts
I unfortunately do not have pictures of the food but my friend ordered a burger and I ordered the fish tacos. The food was on the pricier side and the recent experience was not the best. The portion sizes were smaller, the tortilla was cold and the fish wasn’t as good as when I got it the last time I had ordered it approx 5 months ago. The tables were slightly sticky but the ambience and the waiters were nice. Hope to have a better experience next time.
Ordered medium cooked burger and was burnt on outside and RAW in the middle. Then they tried to tell me that was Medium… I asked what Rare looked like …. Chirp chirp…. Many other burger places in and around Chicago to better spend your money at! 2 bad occurrences here. Will not visit Empire Burger again. Happy Dining Friends!
The restaurant is situated at the downtown of Naperville. They serve good variety of local and international beers bottles and tap. Together with the drinks, the burgers and other food varieties are delicious and meeting all the needs. Some days there is live music also. I suggest for all occasions.
Food was great! The burgers were recommended and I understand why. Prices were very reasonable for a downtown Naperville restaurant. Our server was very good too. Only downside was we sat upstairs and that Sun room was HOT. But wasn’t bad enough to effect my review, will definitely be back!
