Excellent food and good service

Best chicken salad ever! Great service and outside seating a plus

We stopped here randomly on a road trip back home from Chicago. It was a lovely family environment for us with 3 kids as young as age 2. Lego table and play area for waiting families. Staff and servers were all friendly and personable. Food was quick, fresh, and beautiful presentation. Good prices. The Smoked Salmon Benedict and Hash with Habenero were delicious. Plenty of flavor. The kids pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and French toast were all gobbled up quickly. Coffee was flavorful and fresh cream. Highly recommend this place!

Very good breakfast! Good and service (Omar) were fantastic!

This was my first time at the Naperville Egg Harbor, I’ve been going to the Geneva location. I had ordered the Sweet potato skillet for pick up, and was not satisfied. The sweet potatoes were halfway cooked, couldn’t bite down on a majority of pieces. The eggs were fully cooked when I asked for over-easy. And I picked up early when it supposedly said 35-45 and I got there about 25-30 mins at the location. I went inside to ask for my order but none of staff was greeting and not asking “how can I help you” or whatever they needed to do to help their customers. I saw my order get to the counter and I grabbed it. But didn’t get a text notification until 40-45 mins after, meaning my food would’ve sat there getting cold if I wouldn’t have shown up at the time that I did. The Geneva location has better food and I have not had a bad experience so far.

Very pleased with this restaurant overall! We walked in and no one was there to greet/seat us. We waited a good almost 5 minutes I imagine. A girl came finally and said she’d be our waitress. When she sat us she was very polite, kind, and took very good care of us. My husband mentioned it seemed they didn’t have enough help maybe- so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Someone else brought our food out who was very kind. It did get more busy after we sat and our waitress continued to check in on us. Food was good. We would return for their kindness and service despite the hiccup at the beginning!

Great Breakfast...

We love Egg Harbor .. especially for breakfast and brunch .. we've been going for years .. safe, beautiful area, great parking options from street parking and their own lot to another lot just across the road and a half block east .. really nice view of park and Riverwalk, and the fountain in summer outside seating!Vast menu with great options and even daily specials .. very down-home farm decor makes it fun just to look around and take it all in while you wait -- either for your table, or for food, with great latte/espresso counter up front -- if you just want to grab a "cuppa" to walk by the river.Fresh eggs, cooked to order, home fries or hash browns, hot sauce for a kick! Great rye bread and even Texas toast! Simply delicious and always so friendly .. and they have excellent coffee too!My Only asks:. I just wish they'd add flavored creamer for coffee, and perhaps make some of their decor "for sale" when they redecorate!( Yup! I saw not one but TWO Roosters I'd love for my kitchen!)

Small hyped up place. Potatoes were bland and pancakes lacked flavor. Don’t try going here on the weekend. Eggs Inc a few blocks over is tastier, though parking here is very convenient I’ll give them that. I’m sorry to say I wouldn’t go again.

Good place with decent customer service and ambience. I’d love it if they’d start offering plant based patties, whole grain pancakes, real maple syrup/healthy sweeteners and organic juice. For the hot chocolate, organic as well as plant milks/cream would be an excellent option as well. My only real beefs are the following: some of the booths are way too narrow for seating; loud customers; waitstaff rushing customers (taking away plates Etc). Thanks ?
