Worst dunkin in the area. The people who work there don't listen and always get your stuff wrong. Ordered a vanilla long john and they give me a chocolate. Ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they give me plain cream cheese. I'm writing this because this isn't the first time things like this have happened. There have been many times where they get stuff wrong, and I am not the type of person to say anything about it. Not to mention that the workers don't even say anything half the time. They are just straight up not friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I really want to give this specific location five stars, because their customer service is top notch and out of this world. However, the reason for the 3 stars is because of their food. I’ve tried numerous items on the menu such as their bacon, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, and donuts. For some reason, They literally all taste the same. I’m not too sure if they use the same cooking methods for everything but it’s got this certain taste that you actually cannot truly taste the food itself. I really hope this changes otherwise this is the only reason why I have to go to other locations.

Worst service ever!They made me wait! I had to ring the bell nore than once! And then they didnt know what a beyond sausage and cheese sandwich is!!
Person working the drive through had his mask below his chin not covering his mouth or nose and was handling all the food and drinks. Called and spoke to the manager who said they’d handle it. Still feel like this was quite careless during a pandemic.
Not quite 5. The only concern was my wait time at the speaker box. Not many customers so unsure what could've happened inside. Other than that, this is the best DD to get a Beyond Sausage Sandwich!! Other spots have burned the bread or cheese was severely on one side. Perfect here.
Staff is so friendly and greets you before taking your order. I go out of my way to hit this Dunkin’ rather than a closer one.
