If they had a zero star I would have given then the zero. Very bad service l. Charging 50 cents for a puppachini and a cup of water. The guy gave ne a puppy Chino in a medium size lid and when I asked him to hive in a paper cup not even a dunkin cup a paper cup, they said they don't have it and was trying to charge me 50 cents. The lady sushila started yelling at me and I told her don't you know how to talk to a costumer. I got me refund and not coming back to this dunkin again!

This used to be my favorite store as they always got my order perfect. The last 4 times in the past week I have visited my coffee order has been messed up. Not majorly just little things but enough that it has become beyond frustrating. I tried contacting the store and no one answers the phone.
I ordered two iced matcha Lattes and they were half filled the rest was all foam. Not only that but the employee didn’t even put ice on them? Didn’t feel like throwing a fit so I left but I’m very unsatisfied with this.
Dropped my food, unwrapped, in a bag falling apart, with no receipt. Just avoid and go to another one.
We always stop by the Dunkin to get out breakfast sandwiches, donuts and coffee before our travels.
They're usually great but I got charged for a different item than I ordered/received a few times without receiving a receipt so I won't go to this location anymore.
My husband went through the drive-thru. Ordered me a coffee reading exactly what I text him. Of course they get it wrong adding wayyy more cream/sugar than what was ordered. I try calling them for a refund and of course they never answer.
Will be making my own coffee the overnight lady gives u burnt coffee and the bottom of the cups filled with coffee grinds
This conveniently located dunkin donuts has good service and quality products they do a really good job with the coffee, which is the most important part. The drive thru is pretty quick even with a long line. It's located adjacent to a gas station so you can fill up after you get your coffee.
