Worst Coffee shop I have ever been to. I'd rather drink mud
This location is an absolute joke. Take whenever their signs/Google says their closing time is and throw that out the window because this location will regularly close its doors as early as 4pm.I went through their drive through and was told they were out of iced coffee. How? Did you run out of both coffee AND ice?I give this place 1 star because I am unable to give it 0 stars.
I am done with this location. They could care less how you order they will make it how they want not how you ask. Go to another location this one is TERRIBLE! Literally just drove away when they brought my drink to the window and I saw again it was wrong.
Not adhering to cdc covid guidelines. This is for Dunkin donut at “ 4003 Plainfield-Naperville Rd, Naperville, IL 60564”. Employees were not wearing masks, if you have camera inside, you can easily verify it. especially the folks working in the kitchen. It is dangerous to all the customers. It’s not the first time, I noticed.I will be complaining to CDC next
Over charged.I bought 6 pcs bagels (no Cream Cheese), clueless cashier charged me $12+. Should be $5.79.Bagels 1/2 Dozen $5.79
Employees very very bad attitude and it's very expensive wrong place to spend a dime
This location is always fast and friendly. I never wait more than a few minutes. Most go to other locations in the area and wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes. Not here. This is the best location.
Have been spending $75-$100 per month here on coffee and drinks for the last six months. They are now charging $1.35 for a pup-a-chino cup filled with whipped cream for my dog when it was previously free; I don't mind paying for some whipped cream for my dog, but $1.35?Looks like it's back to Starbucks for me and my $100 per month.
workers are nice! but they never have donuts. Last few times no glazed or long johns its kinda wild they even ran out of plain bagels and coffee rolls. not sure what the issue is but stock up on more donuts especially on weekends please.
