I'm done .. first and last going there ... Ordered sandwich and coffee and she missed coffee when I asked at register she told , she cannot take the order at register .. Literally no-one was behind me and it was not busy at all...
I went into their side door — a glass door facing Ogden — and they freaked out and refused service because I didn’t come in their front door. The woman named “Asi” asked which door I came in, I pointed to the door about 4’ from where we were standing, and she said “no you cannot come there”. The door was unlocked. And the whole thing is glass. And she literally walked away.I’ve thought they were rude before, but this removes any doubt I had. Will never go back
Coffee was fresh, hot, and brewed well. Much better pot compared to other Dunkin locations.
The worst experience ever. The prices are much higher than real Dunkin price list.
I'm done coming here. I just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When I get to the window, I'm told they don't have the 2 kinds of donuts I want (9:40 am). Then proceeds to hand me an iced coffee when I ordered a hot one. I left with my card and nothing. I went to another store and had my correct coffee and donuts in 5 minutes.
$4 for a piece of bread with avocado spread that tastes marginally good..??
I was quite upset to hear that the lady handling our drinks previously agreed to let me have three separate orders, because my friends and I had three separate methods of payment. The person on the speaker was not hearing us correctly.I guess it was somehow our fault that ordering food somehow added more time to some sort of timer thing they now have? I’m not really sure what they meant by that but when I pulled up to the window, the lady said that my friends and I should’ve all payed together because their timer is on red. As if we knew what they meant by that. There was nobody else in line behind us and it was 6 am in the morning. It was not busy, there was no reason for her to rant to us about some weird cooperate protocol . Also when asked if we could have ketchup, the lady said they ran out???
Waited in line for extended period. After ordering 2 dozen donuts, coffee, and food, I went to pay and asked the cashier if she could add a Blueberry muffin to my order ($30+ order) and she refused. She told me i had to drive around the building and return to the end of the line. Seemed like a very simple request. Grateful there are multiple other options in the area for donuts as i will no longer (been going since kids were young) be going to this Dunkin Donuts. Employees need to be trained in customer service skills.
It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts and everything you would expect including a drive-through for convenience purposes. On the inside even has a ice cream shop on the side. Everything as you would expect.
Food and drink was okay. I got an order of bagel bites and there was only one in the bag. Person taking the order was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for ordering. I don’t really have high standards but it was just a very odd and uncomfortable experience.
