Eventhough the food was comparative better than near by Indian restaurants , their customer service was terrible during our last visit on 13th may, around evening 8pm. I am mentioning the time to show the owner who would be involved during the time. The manager or who ever the person was so rude and charged extra 1.99$ for additional chutney. ( minimal size which usually comes as part of ur order) . Adding the picture. Its not about the money, its about the respect towards customers. I believe we are not getting food for charity.

The place was very good before COVID. I went there after like 2 years and now this place is a complete trash. The veg biryani(1+1) on Wednesday is total scam. I ordered veg and paneer biryani and I got was shrimp biryani. I travelled for half an hour and when I call all they say is "SORRY" we will replace if you travel back. I told about the travel time and the manager told he is gonna refund the money at end of day. I even asked him is it possible to him for refund and all of them were saying yes. But today morning I got a credit cart posted. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to get the food at Deccan Spice. The so called Biryani only had one piece of cauliflower, two pieces of potato(everything overcooked) and one piece of carrot and overcooked rice. Feels like stale.PS: It was generous of you telling sorry but "SORRY" does not make dead man alive and turns shrimp into paneer.

This restaurant was an excellent choice in the Naperville area! Food was amazing and the spice level is true to definition. My first time actually having spicy food at an Indian restaurant. Despite the food I would carefully look at their silverware and utensils, it may have residue.

Friend recommended this.Must say: such food good with quick service amd such amazing people.Huge menu with choice of cocktails and imported beer.Tried: Afghani chicken, butter chicken, chicken biryani and garlic naanEverything was tasty, will definitely return!

The best Indian place. I come here at least once whenever I'm in the city. Kudos for keeping the food authentic and not Americanizing it. You have multiple Indian beers which are just nostalgic.

We’ve eaten take out first from here. The take out portion was very generous. I would caution though that the spice level is very spicy. We got mild everything (buttered chicken and chicken tikka masala and samosas) and our tongues were burning still. Our kiddos unfortunately couldn’t eat anything which meant more for me :) I’m not complaining. The second time we went was in house dining. Not too many people due to times of Covid, but we were seated plenty far from other patrons. The food was still equally delicious. I’m excited to try more of the menu!

good- natu Kodi vepudu tasted really good--- the appetizer is quite big- friendliness of the staff- prices not too high- show the receipt next time, get 10% offcould be better- on Google it says they close at 8:30, but probably they're open longer as we saw people still come in around 8:00

I ordered spicy one time and it was too spicy. I suffered and survived. Now I order the medium spicy.

Very tasty food with south indian spices.Chicken was a bit off. But soya chaap was amazing.Must try.

Amazing food ! I am wondering why I didn’t come here earlier! ???
