Awful and unfortunate experience. I came in with my birthday BOGO reward on their app excited to use my coupon. I walk in, everyone is crowding around, the worker (off to the side, not by the register) says "I can take your order". I tell her I would like one of their new blizzards and then she tells me they are out of it, but she can make a similar "concoction". I said that is fine and proceeded to wait for my order. While she was making my blizzard, I see a sign on the register (that I was not near since she came out of nowhere to take my order) saying they do not accept the rewards app. I think it would have been nice to know they do not accept the rewards app before I ordered - especially if she saw I had the coupon pulled up on my phone. She told me we cant take the BOGO birthday coupon after she already made the blizzard. I think it would have been nice to honor the birthday coupon since she did not tell me prior to me ordering that they dont use the rewards app + they were out of the blizzard I wanted? Left dissatisfied.
Today, the entire NCHS water polo team was in line, in front of my son and I. Only 1 teenage girl running the store. She kept it together and was extremely pleasant to every customer. DQ should give this girl her OWN store! I was pleased to know after asking her, that I can leave a tip using a credit card! She should at the least be recognized and given a raise. We will continue being loyal customers here!
We came here last night and ordered two blizzards. We had a coupon for one blizzard at regular price the other at .99¢. A good deal. We got the Oreo chocolate mint and the Cherry chocolate ones. There were lots of families enjoying themselves here as well. This location is high quality and the customer service is superb. Nice experience on a warm Spring evening.

We have lived near this DQ for 23 years and have always liked it. I'm not sure if it was the owner who recently waited on me, but he was so rude. I can't remember my exact order, but it was at least 3 medium Blizzards - maybe 4. We had to ask for lids and then he asked if we needed a carrier - we said we did. He tossed the carrier on the counter and that was it. We had to put the Blizzards in the carrier ourselves. The order also seemed very expensive - at around $24. I didn't get my receipt, so it was a little later that I thought about how expensive it was. Now I'm wondering about their prices. I've always liked giving our neighborhood DQ our business, but this experience really turned me off.
