This was a experience, Adam was super helpful and Explained to us everything we needed to know about crumbl cookie. The cookies were delicious, and I’m a 100% coming back. I would definitely recommend this place!!!
The app didn't let me order due to an error about store hours, but despite all it being busy inside when I arrived to order in person, I only waited a minute. I used the kiosk while in line and then waited by pick up.I like how they show you the cookies in the boxes before they close the lid so that you know you have the correct pick up.
I’ve ordered delivery twice and both times have had a great experience. Cookies were on time, still warm, and super tasty. I love checking back every week to see what flavors are available.
My husband and I went to CC for a date. We ordered 4 cookies and cookie dough ice cream. Everything was amazing! The staff was fast, the cookies were warm, and tasted like perfection.
I ordered cookies today on the app. Well, I forgot I had already started an order. When I got there my cookies were not ready, which was my blessing. The manager was so friendly and helpful. When I initially started my order for my fiancé and myself, I had 2 peanut butter and chocolate cookies in our 6 pack. My mom wanted cookies too. I thought I switched out the orders to a 4 pack for my fiancé and myself and a 6 pack for my mom. Nope, I messed up and instead of 3 Pecan Pie cookies for my mom, I had 2 peanut butter and 1 pecan. I explained to the manager my mistake. He graciously offered me the 2 pecan pie cookies I forgot. We got to talking and I was telling him about the fact that we don’t have a Crumbl cookie by us yet. The one that was supposed to open in February by us has not opened yet and we don’t know when it is opening. He asked how far away we are I told him 2.5 hours. He then gave me 2 more cookies for traveling. This is exceptional customer service. I have always had a good experience at this store. I highly recommend.
The chocolate chip cookies are the best I've had that weren't homemade!
I was finally able to try these famous cookies! I saw the key lime was released and was sold! It was amazing!!!!!! We also had the peanut butter snickers, triple chocolate, pink sugar, and chocolate chip. They were all great in their own ways, soft and full of flavors! The key lime however felt like I sold my soul and traded my first born child. It melts in your mouth amazing. Seriously, if you are a fan of anything key lime, try this cookie! We did curbside pick up, but the employee who brought the box out was friendly. We will definitely be returning to try other cookies.
Holy smokes! This place is popular and amazing. Crumbl cookies are truly gourmet sugar cookies. I went at around 4pm on a weekday and there was a line! So arrange your visit accordingly because you might be waiting a bit to get your cookies. Every week they change their cookies up but they always have their traditional sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie. I had a traditional sugar cookie, creamsicle/dreamsicle sugar cookie, honey bun sugar cookie and their confetti sugar cookie. They were all to die for and worth the prices! Each cookie is also roughly around 90-110 calories which isn’t bad for a cookie the size of your hand! You won’t be disappointed visiting here.
The customer service will keep me coming back. I didn’t realize that the icing was different this week on the sugar cookies. When I called to ask about my glorious cookies tasting different, the manager offered to replace the entire box!! Thank you so much Ashley! Customer service like this will make me sing your praises to everyone!!
Cookies are ok, nothing mind blowing. Some flavors better than others. The pictured flavors are chocolate cake and rolo caramel cookie from January 2022. Prices are too expensive. Cookies are sometimes hard and crumbly rather than soft and moist. Also very dry in my opinion. I prefer nothing Bundt cakes over these, obviously very different.
