If I could give this dump one star I would. I decided it would be a nice getaway trip for my kids. So of course when I arrived my kids were obviously very excited. Not that I minded they were excited, it was nice to see them so happy for a place they love. But the second I walked in we were greeted by a rude employee. I didn’t catch their name, but it wasn’t very nice to be crudely ignored by a teenager. They told me to keep my kids calm and basically told them to not be excited even though they are little kiddos ready to play some arcade games like any other kid would be. I ignored this action of the employee and decided to go on with my day. It got worse when I ordered pizza for my kids and when the pizza arrived, it came with a bug! What kind of establishment is this? The pricing and games don’t bug me but the fact I found an INSECT in my kids’ pizza is outrageous. I called a manager over to my table to ask what the heck is wrong with this place and I was spit on and called many nasty names. I will never be returning. DONT COME HERE!
Fun Place to celebrate Birthday party with kids , this time I think grown up enjoyed more than the kids ,the people who cheer up the birthday are amazing and very patient with kids . I can't share pictures bc of privacy of our kid,but WAS A FUN DAY!! ?
My son and daughter had a great experience they loved it will return soon. Plenty of fun arcades for everyone.
Well staffed, very clean and organized. Good experience.
It was a disappointment when they got rid of there coins, but now they got rid of there tickets too.(they are eTickets) That killed a lot of the magic/excitement. Place is clean and not too crowded. Multiple machines requiring attention but little staff to be found.
The place is nice for kids to play some arcade games. It's popular. Food is good but overpriced. I recommend play here and eat somewhere else
granddaughters 6th birthday party, pizza was cold, has to ask for children's party gifts. over priced food. wouldn't or will not be returning to this place.
Kids loved it.. The "chuck e" at this location was interactive and seemed to actually want to make the kids happy, unlike some others where you can tell the kid in the mouse costume hates his job.
This is by far the cleanest and best Chuck E. Cheese around. I even hate to say that the pizza is pretty good for a kids place. They could step up their prizes though.
My 6 year old daughter's first time at a school mate's birthday party and her first time at Chuck E. Cheese. She was pretty overwhelmed with all the noises and lights(but she has a history of being kind of sensitive to lights and loud noises, and of course I forgot her headphones)but she liked most of the games and the rides as well. She had a good time! The person who's in charge of telling you how many tickets you've won and how many are left after purchasing stuff at the counter was SUPER helpful and really nice! I didn't catch his name but he had short braids and was really young(I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!). The rest of the staff I could tell was really helpful as well.
