THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! Have had multiple completely wrong delivery orders. Tonight the toppings that they got correct were chicken and rice... All the others were completely messed up.
This location used to be amazing, but now its genuinely disgusting. They’re stingy with the portions, the food is stale, and the kids working the line spill the ingredients everywhere and don’t clean anything up. I’ve given it multiple chances, but the food tastes terrible every time. Go ANYWHERE else.
Extremely poor customer service and attitude coming from staff. Tried to over charge for what was asked for. Very sad experience as this used to be a great location with very friendly staff.
This Chipotle is more at the bottom of my list of locations. The first time I came here it was 8pm and it was closed! Although the hours online said they would be open till 10. The second time I came through it was a much better experience. The only issue was that there was only one guy helping make food, and he wiped his nose with his glove??? Then proceeded to make my bowl and a burrito?? He never changed gloves and it really left a bad impression. Hope to see better if or when i return.
THIS CHIPOTLE SUCKS. Don’t bother ordering after 8pm even if they’re open till 10pm, they stop making food. Ordered via the app at 9:10, order confirmed, and drove to the restaurant only to be told they were out of rice, tortillas, fajitas, and queso at 9:30 on a Monday. WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE WITHOUT THOSE INGREDIENTS?!
Horrible experience...staff poorly trained. Pollo asada filled with gristle, ingredients not spread out evenly throughout the burrito, beans undercooked, and it took forever to get the burrito. Upon opening up thr burrito, the whole thing opened up b/c it was so poorly wrapped. Such a disappointment!
The Worst Food, Experience and employee behavior I’ve ever had at a Chipotle! This place needs more adults working there to teach the kids that work there how to maintain business.. the food was made too salt, cook didn’t cook the chicken all the way through and they had three people just standing around while the line was going out the door… I will not be returning to this location.
I tried calling to cancel and order that I placed by mistake to the wrong location. Someone picked up didn’t introduce themselves on the phone and kept asking me to speak up. I told her if I spoke any louder I’d be yelling and hung up.
Food was ok...The dining room was filthy! Also the counter where you go pay had scrap of food everywhere. The trash cans were over flowing. There was no lemonade/juices in the machine. I've never seen a Chipotle look like this ever.
Stingy with portions. Have been to Eola and N 59 comparitively If you have the courage to ask for more I would do it. The prices and wages are going up so I'm not surprised over there tactics
