Standard for Chipotle shops: diffident teenagers, with no adult supervision, who sloppily make each dish, and seem completely incapable of wrapping all of the burrito ingredients into a burrito tortilla, or wrapping that sloppily made product into an aluminum wrapper. The only reason for as many as three stars is the flavor.
The Chipotlane at this one is an absolute abomination. Literally mind boggling that I’m sitting in a drive thru that I can’t get out of for 30 minutes
I really like this Chipotle but this last visit the girl brought out a fresh pot in front of me poured the old food on top of the new food I don't know how old it was I didn't even get any of the new one, what a tease. She was acting like she bought it herself kept leveling it off. Better service at the Naperville store on 75th street, healthy fresh servings. Well, except manager kept yelling at workers in front of customers.
This place stinks. I came here during work to get a taco meal and these people didn’t give me my tortillas in a TACO MEAL! I had to go all the way back to get them and I believe this could've been easily avoided. I'm completely and utterly furious. There is also an air bubble in my guac but I payed the full amount. Unprofessional lunatics.
Overpriced extra charged for guacamole $2.55 and sofritas $3, r u kidding me! Seriously price is outrageous! Not worth sending $15.88
Ordered online. Received bag with my name on it. The bag did not have my items in it. The items had someone else's name on it. Guess they can not match a name to a name when putting food in a bag. Also when you call this store there is no way to speak to someone. This is the most frustrating thing. It could have easily been fixed but now there is no way for me to get this fixed and I had to go somewhere else. Why would you have an automated phone system that is so broken? If I could give negative stars I would.
Horrible location, they charge extra for everything. I've never been charged for extra tortilla shells at a Chipotle in my life and to top it off my rice tasted hard and undercooked, my beans was also undercooked if I wasn't so hungry I would have asked for a refund , never again.
They added rice to my tacos when I said no rice. I wanted a nice lunch with my family but this ruined my year. Worst meal ever.
They have a nice circular table near the front that seats 7. There's a couple of new items. The black beans have a sauce on them now, and there's a new chicken that's really just the regular chicken with a bit of lime and cilantro. The have free refills at the softdrink station, and their queso for their chips are hot and have a nice thick consistency. Really fast service as usual.
Kinda sad because it’s in such a desirable location. I mobile ordered my order and when I got there it wasn’t done. They looked at me like I ordered it at the wrong location. Apparently the manager came out of the back and said they were having problems with the app all day…so why give me the attitude and act like it’s my fault? So they told me they would make it if I had a seat. So I waited about 10 minutes and the girl put the order on the shelf and she knew I was waiting for it but didn’t say it was ready or if it was mine. She just put it on the shelf and I sat there for another 10 minutes. The manager came out and said oh it’s ready…and didn’t even say sorry or offer anything for my troubles. When I got home the bowls both had guacamole even though I ordered it only on one. I did not want to eat it because of the texture. Overall a horrible experience.
