The place by itself has a good look, i think the distribution could be better but it wasn't too bad. My food took about 15 minutes to be ready, the servers were fast and kind. The food was good, but just that, "Good". I asked for a burger, it was good but i think they should ask you how cooked you want the meat because i had my burger at about 3/4 and personally, i like the meat well done. But like i said, the food just stays at good
This Chili’s is always delicious.
The food was very good. The waitresses were awesome BUT the salt and pepper shakers are filthy. The floor under my table was really dirty and didn't look like it had been washed in a month. I'd hate to see the kitchen.
Barbie was our waitress and she absolutely blew my mind with how caring, friendly, passionate and kind she was. She was patient with our table of 8. And so amazing with the 4 year old we had with us. Best experience I have ever had.
Absolutely TERRIBLE service.. whole experience was very dissatisfying..first of all our waitress had horrible customer service never checked on our table for refills or if we needed anything my daughter and mother ordered a hamburger it was not even cooked cut it open completely red then my Cajun Shrimp Pasta was dry then we ordered drinks and it took damn near a hour for them to bring it. My Cousin ordered a cup of water her cup was completely dirty finally our checks come and they screwed up add other items to receipts we didn't order... Not happy at all I will not be returning ???
Understaffed, poor service, not clean. Single server at weekend lunch rush. Order was out late and entered wrong, no offer to remake. Didn't see manager until we sought them out. No offer of drink refills, even with empty glasses for 10+ minutes. Left hungry and thirsty with empty glasses and uneaten (wrong) food.
We are big fans of chains of restaurants you find in North America and Chili's is one of the places we keep coming back to because of the fajitas. No idea if this was my luck or this is the norm at this location but the steak for the fajitas was the best quality I had from all Chili's restaurants, which together with the prawns made a great mix - just yummy for my tummy. Add the bean 'soup' they include in this combo, rice and asking my veggies to be cut separately - the server listened to my requests and returned with everything as I have asked. Of course we will be back for more!
Ellic, the bartender went above and beyond servicing me! Prompt order taking, phenomenal drink making, and most importantly a great attitude towards his service! You can truly tell Ellic is cares about his job! Will be back for the awesome bar! If you’re ever there for just food, ask for Maisie! She’ll get the job done and always serves with a smile! A genuinely wonderful environment.
They were busy, so we had a 30-minute wait, but the server was nice. It took a bit for all our food to come, but the company was the best and we understood.
Our server Chris was great this evening ! It was very busy and he kept us updated on when our food was coming . He was attentive and patient with our family of 5 . Thank you !
