Ordered here for years. The pizza and ingredients are completely different now. Nothing like it used to be. Looks like new owners are ruining a good thing. Used to be the best pizza in town.
Obviously New owners order a pizza yesterday got home and started eating it noticed a crunchy noise while eating it. Turns out their were little tiny poppy like seeds mostly under pizza but also on top in cheese. Called to let them know they offered to make new pizza but we declined. So today I was going to b nice enough to bring them the box and show them all these little tiny black things on card board and some peices of pizza with these things in the cheese. Got their a little early so waited a few minutes till 4 lites went on big open sign went on. So i go to door it is locked two guys stood inside and looked at me . So I will not b back. It is very unfortunate the previous owners spent years building a great reputation and now new owners are ruining it.l
This place has gone down hill ever since the new owners took over. Way over priced and the pizza is always delivered cold. Tonight we waited 1.5 hours for cold pizza and soggy Mac and cheese bites. I voiced my concern to delivery driver and he Told me to call in about it. So I called in for a credit or a new pizza and the woman says the manager will call me. I’m still waiting for that call.
Very good pizza. Sauce is a little sweet, but offset by the spice of the sausage. Excellent thin crust.
This place is a small pizza spot with amazing food. Everything they serve here is on fire and phenomenal. All of the ingredients they are using is always fresh, new, and has a good quality. You can really tell because all of their food here is really delicious, flavorful, and fresh. Their pizza is mind-blowing, it is so crispy, thin, cheesy, saucy, and full of awesome toppings. They are really amazing in terms of serving and for being creative as well. The plating is really awesome, it comes with different styles, and also arrangement of everything inside the place is really perfect. All of their employees here are friendly and helpful. They really care to all of their customers, they are willing to help, and they will properly answer all of the questions from customers. Very personable staff! Cassano’s Pizza has the best pizza I have ever had in this area of Naperville. Everything was great! Worth it to give this place a try. Very well done great pizza! Will come back here again for sure! The restaurant did not have basic ingredients like meats and cheeses. Since the change in ownership this place has gone from one one of my favorite pizza and other things to a place I cannot order from again sorry.
40 dollars for a medium pizza and order of breadsticks. There was only 3 breadsticks and came with no marinara like it was supposed to. Pizza was mediocre. I won’t be ordering from here again and certainly would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
Every since new owners took over, it's gotten worse. Front desk manager female is extremely rude, flipped off people, and doesnt care about food quality, pizza tastes like cardboard. Needs to be fired.
I called to order a pizza and from the start Joshua who picked up the phone was rude, was sighing after everything I said as if he was annoyed, and gave sassy comments. I tried to change my address and he was rude and tried to talk over me to say that he had the right address after I explained to him that it’s the same address just a different building (I live on campus) as if he knew where I live, which he does not. After waiting an hour for my pizza the picture attached is what I received. I called back and once again Joshua answered and was being snarky. When I asked for the pizza I asked for it to not be really crispy just normal and this looks like the cheese wasn’t even close to browning. I tried to speak to a manager and no manager was there to even speak to until the next day meaning that I did not get reimbursed for waiting 2 hours for ONE PIZZA because I did end up calling for another pizza since no other restaurants were open after me waiting for them. The new pizza was bland, cold and did not have the extra sauce I ordered. I will NEVER order from here again and suggest you don’t either. I wouldn’t even give it one star. The only good experience was the driver that delivered it to me, he was nice.
Small pizza place with really fresh ingredients. Crust was really good too. Open late!!!
