Someone working the night shift felt as if though it was okay to give me a container full of iceberg shredded lettuce instead of the mixed greens that I was supposed to be given for my old neighborhood house salad Oh lets not forget to mention they gave a stale piece of Italian bread This is the third time I have been to the Naperville rd location and didn't recieve my order how it is supposed to be
Great food and service. Just a note, you're missing out on some sales on uber eats. There is not an option to add a cup of cheese, or a cup of aus jus.Sometimes I want to add cheese to the kids meal for their fries, or add to my beef sandwich. I would be willing to pay extra for that.
Showed up just before they closed for 2 beers and a cheese fry.Got the food and we’re leaving - nearly left the parking lot when a younger guy (Michael?) was running after us with the cheese for the fry while it was pouring rain.Oh and the food was incredible tonight.Dude needs a raise for sure
Updating my first review.I went there today, I think I was their 2nd customer of the day since they opened at 11am.The cashier was very friendly, my order came out perfectly.Even though I've gotten the 10 inch sandwich before, this thing seemed HUGE and I didn't get hungry again until around 7pm!
Ordered a sandwich I usually try to order at Portillo's (a competitor). Unlike the competition, Buona Beef actually got it right!And tastes great.Friendly staff, great tasting Chicago food. I'm always back because everything they serve is good.
Very good (I save 5 stars for outstanding/excellent). It was my first time at Buona Beef. I ordered the beef bowl, which is a good keto friendly option. I also got a side of fries (not keto friendly). Both were good and the service was efficient.
The in/out parking lot is odd and a bit dangerous. Good food, good kids menu, good rewards club. I'm sure they'd like to get some Portillos customers. It wasn't too busy. Maybe they need chocolate cake.
Best Chicago style fast food in Naperville! A must try it kinda place. Very fast, very friendly and the food is fantastic. I stop in every time I'm in town for work.
Prices are high and the combo meals are small. A regular size drink is the size of a small drink. Same as a order of fries. They have apple juice on the menu which was a apple juice box that you pack in your second graders lunch. Two swallows and your done with the drink. They should remove it off the menu. I will not be going back there to eat any time in the future. My family and I used to go eat there often and haven't been there in a while and decided to eat there and it turned out to be a disappointment.
Absolutely the most horrible meatball sandwich I’ve ever had!!! Looked like it had been dipped completely in the sauce pot!!! Sauce all over the entire outside of the bread, the bread was chewy and too tough to eat, the meatballs tasted like they had dug them out of a can of Chef Boy-R-D spaghetti and meatballs, I bought it the day before thanksgiving so they were closed the next day and I couldn’t take it back so I just threw it away to keep it from stinking up my hotel room, I’ve had better from a gas station microwave!!!!??????
