Most of their menu items are not available every time that I have gone in the last year. Food taste is not what it used to be. The floor is disgusting and greasy. The ventilation is horrible and the restaurant has so much smoke inside when we dine in.You can’t keep blaming the pandemic for not having the menu items because most of the other restaurants have all their items available. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
It would be generous to say that the food was bland. On top of that, you have to go up to grab your meal once your buzzer alerts everyone in the restaurant that your food is ready on paper plates. I wasn't even told that water was $2 a bottle until after I attempted to enjoy a meal with my dissastified family. Overall, it's a shadow of what the Devon location in Chicago is. Do not eat here, to enjoy an authentic Desi experience go to the Devon Location at 2539 W Devon Ave, Chicago, IL 60659. They even have platter options which give you a better bang for your buck than this location.
BBQ & express grill suburb version of famous Bandoo Khan restaurant of Chicago.Bihari kabab & chicken boti is must try.
Food is fine, can be sometimes hit or miss.Service though- mostly miss. You can tell they don’t focus on customer service and prioritize $ however little it may be. This is not really the fault of people who work there as they’re hired and trained (poorly) by management. Here’s my experience:- added $8 tip for small tab for two people (didn’t disclose this, just was added on receipt)- one time had undercooked meat- one time parathas were cold- asked for extra sauce once and their face made it seem like I asked for $100, it’s just sauce…….- was given no cheese for a philly chicken CHEESE sandwich, No heads up about this before ordering and was just served dry bread and chickenYour business has reviews/suggestions on how to improve. Don’t take it personally. Just strive to do better.
The staff is very nice. We were told to wait 50 minutes for the food and thought about finding a new place to eat, I'm so glad we didn't. The delicious grilled meats were totally worth the wait. We waited more like 35 min. Malai boti stole my heart. Bihari Kaban melted in my mouth. I highly recommend this place. Just order ahead or be prepared to wait. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is that I had to clean my own table and the floors were sticky.
Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Called in an order, they said it will be ready in 45 (!!!) minutes. Well okay, maybe they cook fresh. 45 minutes later, I came to pick up and the order was no where to be found. At first I thought I had placed the order at the wrong location but the person who took the order FORGOT to create a receipt for the cook. No apologies, no reimbursements, the guy just asked me it will take 45 minutes more. While I was waiting for them to check up on my order, they had another mix up in one of the orders. I was shocked to overhear that the cook decided to just place a new label on the wrong food item and send it anyway. What a dishonest way of running a restaurant.
Very disappointed with the customer service we received during our recent visit. Food was not cooked properly and was raw from inside and upon letting them know they don’t even apologize or being courteous. Not to mention the price price increase with low quality food. Also they have zero human skills. The restaurant should take the advice of the reviewer, especially if there is a trend within the reviews talking about their quality. It used to have good service in the beginning but it looks like they do not care anymore. This is not just a one time experience it happened during last two visits as well. We deceived not to go this place anymore.
Food was good but pricey for the quantity they give. I literally count there were only 4-5 pieces of chicken boti for $16!!! Plus you'd have to pay extra for naan/paratha whereas most restaurants would provide that with the main dishes.
Really good food. Ordered Chicken Tikka and Malai Boti, both were on point. Good service. Will definitely recommend it!
Knowing how good Bundoo Khan on Devon is, I was expecting the same from the Naperville location and it’s definitely not the same. Starting from the service, I called in an order and was told 15 mins. Reached 15 mins later and waited 55 minutes for my order. It wasn’t even that busy to wait that long. The restaurant was FULL of smoke from the grill— not sure if the exhaust is working. When I received the rolls I ordered they were very soggy. We basically just ate the meat and skipped the bread. I’ve heard from others they have experienced similar issues.
