So Browns on Washington website says closes at 9:00pm. .get there at 8:07 and doors are locked...go around to the drive thru the guy says they are closed...I said but your website says 9:00pm....he responds and says 'I don't know what to tell you. The websites been wrong for years"..poor customer service...we won't be going there anymore....smh
When you haven't eaten at Browns Chicken in a long time,At 2:30, on a Wednesday, place was clean, food tasted good, the cashier and manager working made the decision a good one.
The last meal we got was a bit disappointing. Fritters were hard and corn was soft but we usually have a good experience.

Food was ok nothing special typical brown's food. What Iam upset about is I ordered my food online and picked it up myself to save some time and was flabbergasted to find out that they charged just about 2 dollars more for each menu item because I did it online instead of pulling up an ordering in the drive thru! I didn't request it to be brought I to me or anything special. That is bullcrap and robbery!
Disgusting overpriced food, I saw a man who looked like a walking potato, the buffalo sauce wasnt spicy at all. It was the most disgusting food ive ever had in my body. Id rather suffer from rectal cancer then ever eat here again.
