Was in top 10. Poor & slow service. Food received had many items we did not put in bowls. We put items in bowl and were lucky if they were on our plates. Had bowlfuls and received back a couple bites which was burnt. Soda flat and tasteless. Paid $65 for a horrible experience and food. Will not be back,

Went her for my friend's birthday and I ordered the vegetarian bowl called Buddha's Garden. You don't pick and choose yourself, it is on the menu. When I got my bowl, it had chicken in it. I had my friend's try it. They confirmed it was chicken. It was a little pricey. If you are going to charge a decently higher price, make sure you get your orders correct. The experience would have been so/so if it wasn't my friend's birthday. The waitress was very over-worked. I mean she looked stressed and tired. Maybe, they need to hire more help as the place is always crowded.

This has been a family favorite over the years. Till now. We waited and waited first just for our waitress. Then my diet had no bubbles at all. Then you go up and make your bowl of food. Give it to the cooks. You can no longer watch them cook your food. Which is the next thing. After waiting another 25 minutes. Mine was beef and onion mushrooms some noodle and some sauce. It came to me at the table. Not edible. Where are my mushrooms. instead was mostly my ingredients and everyone else's too. My wife same. My son's was so burnt you smell it was on fire. I paid the bill and walked out. We left the food as it was. With food this bad it will be closed soon. I would have fired everyone in the place. 1 star is too much. Then I had to pay another $65.00 at another restaurant. Unbelievable.

Food was tasty and the prices not ridiculous like some other similar restaurants. The service was excellent for our party of 4 and one toddler. Alaina and Gwen were terrific waitresses. They were attentive by making sure the food and drinks were served in a timely and courteous manner. Kudos to management for good hires during this employment crisis.

I dined in tonight with my family of four And we had such a phenomenal experience. We have not eaten at this location In a long time, but we were so excited to be back tonight. This was our daughter's age 10 and 13 first experience eating here, And they had such an enjoyable experience. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were very inviting and friendly. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere with the new updates were refreshing. The staff is what made our dining experience truly amazing tonight. The manager was very friendly and helpful, as well as the cooks were very funny and kind. The waiter was very attentive, kind and helpful. Major shout out to the Naperville location, highlighting Marcus, Maddie, and the store manager. Thank you for making our family night out such a memorable experience. We will be back !

Used to be one of the best restaurants ever. We loved this place. It declined bad. Kids under 4 are supposed to be free but they now charge 7 bucks for a not even 2 years old. Then my wife's bowl came back with eggs, red pepper and several other food items she didn't put in it. Their reason was someone else jumped on the line to flip the food. Whatever, it's just straight up not a good place anymore

First and last time here. Only saving grace was they discounted the bill, rightfully so. One of the worst services I've ever had. Burnt food, long waits for food to be cooked, never offered another bowl to make another one and they have to bring it to you. Build your own station was out of half the food. Out of noodles, white rice, and brown rice to go with the bowls. Had to ask for drink refills. Short staffed and too disorganized with the staff they did have. Said all the food changed 3 months ago, well you're a restaurant that cooks food all day long, you should be able to adapt.

This was my first time here and it was worth every dollar spent. The prices are very reasonable but my greedy a$$ wanted to sample everything on the menu. The drinks were strong, cheesecake was on point and the service was beyond 5 star.

This will have been my third time coming here in six years. I really liked the first two times but this last time was super disappointing. They aren't using the swords or interacting with customers at all at the grill. In fact you are encouraged to leave your bowls and go sit where the servers will bring the food to your tables. So it's all based off these tickets the servers give you. There is no longer the experience that is a great part of this restaurant. The worst part is that the floors were gross and the buffets weren't cleaned or maintained and it was so cramped it was uncomfortable. Not worth it so we may just try a different location as we really like the food just sad about the changes by new management, which is what our server told us when we asked about the atmosphere. Server was excellent about getting drinks and super kind.

waitresses was great.They If change their whole business model it's not a place I want to go back to They have increased the price about 30% they don't have a salad bar anymore I was looking forward to that. use be included with meal.
