We pulled up at store around 7:32pm on 3/29, Tuesday and doors were already locked. The lady who was working is dur looked at us but siignaled it was already closed. REALLY ? 30 minutes early ?? I travelled 8 miles to be here on time. will avoid this store at any cost.
Slowest Dunkin EVER!!! I stood in line for almost 10 mins before i decided to just leave.
I believe management changed. I waited 15min for 1 bagel was told it would be brought out. I went inside waited 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me...still no bagel. Customer service has gone down, many new staff untrained. Hopefully this location pulls it together.

If your guys say you close at 9, don’t close at 8. This is the second time that I’ve gone here where it was closed an hour beforehand. Not changing my rating

Their coffee at this location is always bad. Not sure how you always mess up a latte but tried multiple times and it always taste really bad.
Today very bed experience on this place. The workers don’t care about customer, I paid 5$ for small glass of milk, but it had to be a milkshake, so disappointed. Never go there.?
You think about maybe updating your hours online so people do not have to go there and turn around. Very poor business practice.
