Atmosphere laid back. I got what I ordered and food was great.
Food is good. But on ubereats you guys only have a meal option for your sandwiches. it says "choose to make a meal or only the sandwich", but only gives you the meal option!
Deluxe wagyu burger. Get it. Not gonna lie, I don't really eat at Arby's, but when I heard they had a wagyu burger, I had to try it. Probably the best fast food burger I've ever had. And it's always good to hear they build it to order for that freshness. Definitely going to get it a few more times before they get rid of it in July. Also the drive thru lady was super nice.
I love Arby's but when we got our food everything was cold.Maybe they were having a bad day?We will give them another try.They are right down the street from us.
Ordered a beef and cheddar. Good food for a drive thru dining experience.
I went in there for lunch was ready to spend 40 to $50 because I like the Reuben sandwiches and the beef sandwiches that were advertised on TV when I got there I could not get the price advertised they said I needed a coupon which the TV did not mention and the TV does not send you a kid. Haha and the manager would not give me best sale price so I left
Peak hours get a little bit sketchy but off hours I am consistently taken care of by some extremely kind guys who make my food right and quickly. The have absolutely taken my weirder requests in stride. Great Arby's. That said, I don't think I've ever gotten a properly mixed shake there lol.
Really need to update the times you close at. I pulled up at 10:10 pm and the speaker box said the restaurant was closed even though Google said 11pm. Had to drive out of my way to get food somewhere else because of the closing time being incorrect..
The only negative thing I can say is they took the ham and cheese off of the menu however that being a corporate decision and tater tots that's something I'm not too happy of but again that's corporate but as far as this restaurant the people that work at this restaurant care about it to take care of it and really care about their employees as well as much as their customers it really shows the one that's further to the West in Plano is almost exactly the opposite in every way unfortunately but I think it really boils down to when they hire a manager that actually cares
