Angeli's has some of the best Italian food I've had. We went here for Mother's Day and they were fantastic. Service was quick and friendly, restaurant was clean, and they were even able to accommodate a last minute number of guests change.
I am thrilled to write this review because my husband and I had such a great experience dining at Angeli's! It was our first time and we can't wait to come back! Tony the owner, and the entire staff, made us feel so welcome. The cleanliness, ambience, service, menu selections and integrity of the food was absolutely excellent. First came the wine and warm bread, then my large house salad (chilled/crisp) with homemade creamy garlic dressing, followed by a beautifully plated/delicious chicken piccata on pasta. I finished with spumoni which was sliced/dressed up with real whipped cream. This family owned restaurant is a really special place with the best staff and absolutely delicious food. They do it right and that's so refreshing! Thank you for your warm hospitality Angeli's!
Went to this place a while ago with my friend who is vegan. The waiter suggested a dish that supposedly was vegan. After my friend told him that she wants only a vegan dish. She ate the dish and after that the waiter told her it had butter, which was not vegan. The waiter said they had another vegan lasagna made with eggplant. My friend was like, "I told you I was vegan and wanted vegan and I would have ordered the vegan lasagna"....to which the waiter replied with a shrug and said no you said vegetarian. My friend has been vegan for years, I specifically heard her tell him vegan 4 times when ordering. They waiter was like, "oh well"... And, walked off and asked if we wanted our checks. I was probably the only brown person in there and did not feel comfortable. Obviously, the waiter was not listening to us and didn't know what we wanted, also did not care about our experience. I will never go there again unless I have to if my friends insist on going there or something. I DO Not Recommended This Place to Anyone who is vegetarian or vegan. I do not recommend this place to anyone actually after the way the waiter acted. It looked like the waiter had been working there for years. He wasn't new. The money you pay is not worth it.
Food was excellent and service was great. I absolutely love the butternut gnocchi! Very nice ambiance. I've been there for romantic dinners with my husband as well as out with friends.
This is truly a hidden gem of a local restaurant in Naperville!!The service is incredible and friendly, from the bus staff to the wait staff!!The best part of the wait staff is that they are knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. It is such a nice change to go to a restaurant where the wait staff can actually answer questions about the all the selections on the menu. Erin is one of the outstanding wait staff.The food is flavorful, tasty, and plentiful!!! I have gone back at least half a dozen times in the last 3 months and I have yet to be disappointed.Every visit has been a home run!!Please keep up the great work!!!
First time customer and will definitely be back. The entire staff was warm and friendly. Our waiter especially was outstanding. The food was delicious, especially the sauce (gravy). Cannot wait to try something else on my next visit. Highly recommend!
Me and my husband went on a date there today and we had so much fun …Amazing food, amazing service and ambiance is pretty much as is in Italy…I’m from Croatia but grew up in Italy, Bibione to be exact, so this little place reminds me of a typical Italian pizzeria; decor, tablecloth, water glasses
We had a small wedding reception in the restaurant on 11/14/21. We were allowed to do some decorations and the staff helped us set up a festive environment. Our guests enjoyed the evening and raved about the meal. Appetizers: Calamari, Sausage and Peppers, Stuffed Mushrooms. Dinner was Caesar Salad, Chicken Florentine, Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce, Lasagna, and Broccoli. The staff was attentive and accommodating also! Special shout out to Tony and Jose for all your hard work! Our family had a great night! Excellent experience and great choice for those wanting an intimate setting! So happy we chose Angeli’s!!

The food was ok but nothing special; ample quantity and very slow service. A major concern is that none of the staff or management was wearing a mask. When I inquired with the manager he said it was "an individual choice".! I pointed out that was not the case in Illinois and he became angry. If you care about your health avoid this restaurant. j
