They have terrible customer service skills I ordered from here a view weeks ago spent $80 and was missing two orders of fries and had all bone in chicken when I ordered bone out as well I tried to make another order 2weeks after the fact let the person on the phone know my experience last time all he said was the fries will be in the bag he did not offer any kind of compensation for the bad service last time and did not even extend an apology as we all know their food is not cheap so with that being said I would expect a little better service . NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION
Placed an order 4 days ahead for 5pm and order ended up being ready at 6:30pm. Nothing was done by the staff to try to reduce that delay, they even served customers with order after me before me.Do not go there! There are much better places around here where they actually care about their customers!
Clean and accurate everytime. I am a BWW convert. These guys just don't mess up an order.

Excellent food made the way I wanted and the wing flavors were great
I come to this wingstop occasionally. It's been a few months. Love the wings. I ordered last Friday, they were busy. I waited like 25 minutes for my food. Got home and saw that the bone in wings had barely any Louisiana rub. The cajun fries were also barely seasoned. We also had 1t of the nine in thighs which were hard, and dry. A lot of seasoning on those though. Not very tasty. Threw out the bone in thighs. I would definitely recommend checking your food before leaving. I will not be back to this location.

My first time ever going here or any Wingstop for that matter. Had to drive 9 minutes to get home and boneless wings were a little bit soggy but still pretty delicious. Regular buffalo is just a little spicier than I'd hope for but still delicious. I guess I only took one star off cuz I was looking for that crisp. Super friendly staff and order was out even quicker than they said. Definitely will try it again when I can dine in.

Everytime I’ve ordered from this place the order is wrong!! Tried it for the last time tonight and will be switching to b-dubs. Maybe if the orders were correct and on time they’d have more business!!!!
