Not letting people inside to order, I wouldn’t go back to this location
Luis was really friendly! Was picking up 3 separate orders for my office and he was so kind and patient and made sure he got all 3 orders correct!
The service was great but when you order two Chalupa’s and you pay $8.62 and there’s no meat except for a teaspoon and a bunch of lettuce to me that’s not right, and what makes it wrong is that they put the meat at the ends and nothing in the middle .

Order was correct and food quality was expected. Dining room was closed by 9pm but drive thru was open.
Staff is very friendly whenever I need a Fresh nacho fries ; they will make it on order.
I had a taste for Taco Bell tonight, and it didn't disappoint! I stopped by Taco Bell in Mundelein, IL. We went to the drive thru and were greeted by Luis, he took our order correctly. He was super charismatic, friendly and personable, something I haven't seen in a long while at fast food places. The other employees we've seen working the drive thru weren't that positive and people friendly like him. We got to the window and our order was ready! Quickest service I've ever had at a drive thru no less! I was blown away by Luis's top notch positive attitude and the service he provided, with all that's going on in the world right now, he sure brightened up my day! It seemed like he was enjoying his work at Taco Bell, and this was such a positive experience for me at this Taco Bell over the last few years I've been going to! Luis deserves a raise, or even better, an upper position in the company in the future, and I mean it, we need more Luis's in this world!
Luis is always so helpful and kind! I've never gotten an incorrect order from this Taco Bell location.
