There is two ladies working here and are extremely rude !! You would think they could at least crack half a smile. I noticed they did some remodeling but what does that even matter if you have rude people working there! I spent 48.00 on sandwiches for my family and didn't even get a thank you. You can always go to the one on midlothian but not much better.

Sandwiches were okay, although they seem to be putting less meat on these days. Almost every time I go in to this store, the employee is on their cell phone talking and it's like an inconvenience that I'm there. One time the woman working there kept the phone to her ear while I gave my order. There are many other places to eat in the area and we'll be doing that from now on.
The lady working was incredibly rude, short and curt. When I paid, I went to scan my Subway rewards on my phone. Her computer froze and she said it was my fault because she assumed I was paying with Apple Pay?While the computer was frozen, she was on the phone with her boss for 10+ minutes, which I told her I had a dog in my car and was with my daughter, if there was another way to pay. She didn't apologize, didn't seem to car and was extremely annoyed. Once home the bacon was overcooked. 0 Stars if possible.

Google says they open at 9, store says they open at 9, but when I arrived at 9:15...doors were locked and lights off. Phone just rings and rings. Funny how they say shop Mundelein, but when the store isn't open, how can we? I get that most people don't look for lunch at 9 in the morning, but as a school bus driver, 9 am is lunch time.
