I like to say they don’t do there job and when I call to tell them they forgot my 2 year old son Mac and cheese and it was the manager that didn’t put it in and I was told you can come get or not. I’m mad because I told her that was my sons dinner and she said she didn’t care. So yeah I was mad and to top it off not wearing hair nets and touching food with bare hands and to top it of the manger scratching her head in front of the chicken and then picking chicken up… I’m calling corporate and talk to there manger and I am doing everything to make sure that I tell everyone to stay away from this nasty place I will never go to this place again and to not even tell me they were charging more money for a Mac and cheese and I’m not a person that right these reviews but I had to on this one…. No hair net and no gloves and scratching there head and touching people food … I know there a law to wear glove and hair net when working with food…I will be calling fda on them…
A standard that I should see at every fast food place. Chicken sandwich was best I’ve had from Chick-fil-A popeyes etc. bag was given to me nicely so that it’s easy to reach in to grab something. Highly recommend
Management has no idea of what it means to be a manager and meet costumer expectations. Spoke to the 2 managers on duty Moises and Chris when I called to make a complaint about the cowslaw being spoiled & hot sauce packets being puffy and neither one of them was able to make it right. They only wanted to credit me back for the coslaw after the whole meal was ruined for a family of 6! Really?? They said they only follow store managers orders . I wonder why they have so many bad reviews.
their quality has come down a lot! today i ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches (my normal) and they were both salty as fxxx! chicken was way smaller than usual and way too salty, everything tastes like sea water. i normally do not like to waste food but i had to throw those away! will never go back again!
One of THE best Popeyes locations I have ever been to. Friendly staff and well cooked food.
The food is usually good here, a couple times they forgot part of the order, but I have to comment on the girl in the drive through with those long orange finger nails. She was nice, but those nails don't belong in a food establishment.

We ordered 20 pieces of mixed chicken & a bunch of sides for a family party in the drive-thru. When we got home, we were missing 10 pieces of chicken. We called them back & told them about missing half of our chicken order and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Their employees said it was in there-but it wasn’t. We will never go there again. Dishonest employees and terrible customer service!
Staff seemed very overwhelmed. I got tenders instead of the nuggets I ordered. I didn’t go back because of how overwhelmed they seemed.
Great tasting chicken. I get the spicy, it has a nice blend of spices to make it have a little kick.
