I am so grateful for this Pizza Hut because when the DoorDash guys messed up and forgot to bring my entire order. I made a quick phone call and just like that there was a gentleman at my door with what was missing. They don’t have their own drivers they always go through DoorDash so I got special treatment when they sent one of their own to fix the mistake. I wish I needed a gentleman’s name because that’s exactly what he was a true gentleman.
i placed an order online, i dont really ever order pizza hut. but today i was like why not? when i placed my order i put cash as the option for payment. apparently i was called a few times but since its an old account i never changed the phone number. so when i order food i always rely on the website for updates and on the website still said my food was being made. i saw that today 1/6/22 it closes at 9pm. i called at 8:45. no one picked up. i called again. no one picked up. the phone just rang. i tried once more and finally after about 15 seconds of ringing someone picked up. i asked about my order and they said it was cancelled because today they aren’t accepting cash. i placed my order at 8:01 exactly. waited almost an hour. hungry family waiting. just to find out about an hour later that they are not accepting cash and could give another form of payment if i still wanted it. i thought about i was like why not. i was informed itd be another 45-50 minute wait. i was so upset. i said it was fine and leave it cancelled. worst customer service ever. i don’t recommend coming her at all. will never buy from this place specifically again. do better.(update) i contacted the email that was provided to me and never heard back after a follow up email a day or two later. terrible service. don’t waste your money here?
There was barely any cheese or sauce on the pizza. Also barely any cheese in the stuffed crust. I certainly hope this isn't pizza hut's standard because i certainly felt cheated. Also the cheese sticks was 99% bread and 1% cheese and that's being generous. I get delivery from another local chain that is less expensive and is better quality. I'm surprised this location is surviving based off of the products I received today.
I ordered my two pizzas on 14th Feb. 20201 at 6.26 pm local time. I got the confirmation text that they received the order. Estimated delivery time is 72 - 82 minutes. I was prepared to wait for that long. I tried calling them couple of times, when I didn't receive my order, but no one picked up the order status option. I called again through the order placement option, and they picked up right away. When I asked about my order status, they said they are not physically present at the location, but would transfer my call. Again there was no response. BTW, the lady at the order placement option was rude. I tried calling again, but by then, I got the message that the store is closed. At 9:30 pm I received a phone call from the store, saying that they had resource issues that evening and wanted to know if I was still interested in getting the pizza. I said no and asked to cancel the order. They cancelled my order and immediately hung up without even apologizing. I had an option to get pizza from different places but went with Pizza Hut. BIG MISTAKE. Never again.
this is the first time this happened to us. but we order a large (that looks now more like a medium) pizza. For the moment we opened it the bread seems to be stale, I'm not so sure now that they make the dough at the moment.. Im a not so happy customer. I'm actually furious, I spent about $30 for an ugly pizza.
