I am so grateful for this Pizza Hut because when the DoorDash guys messed up and forgot to bring my entire order. I made a quick phone call and just like that there was a gentleman at my door with what was missing. They don’t have their own drivers they always go through DoorDash so I got special treatment when they sent one of their own to fix the mistake. I wish I needed a gentleman’s name because that’s exactly what he was a true gentleman.
i placed an order online, i dont really ever order pizza hut. but today i was like why not? when i placed my order i put cash as the option for payment. apparently i was called a few times but since its an old account i never changed the phone number. so when i order food i always rely on the website for updates and on the website still said my food was being made. i saw that today 1/6/22 it closes at 9pm. i called at 8:45. no one picked up. i called again. no one picked up. the phone just rang. i tried once more and finally after about 15 seconds of ringing someone picked up. i asked about my order and they said it was cancelled because today they aren’t accepting cash. i placed my order at 8:01 exactly. waited almost an hour. hungry family waiting. just to find out about an hour later that they are not accepting cash and could give another form of payment if i still wanted it. i thought about i was like why not. i was informed itd be another 45-50 minute wait. i was so upset. i said it was fine and leave it cancelled. worst customer service ever. i don’t recommend coming her at all. will never buy from this place specifically again. do better.(update) i contacted the email that was provided to me and never heard back after a follow up email a day or two later. terrible service. don’t waste your money here?
I asked for extra mushrooms and there were less than normal. Not sure if it was an accident, but some pieces of pizza only had a partial mushroom. Also the curbside takes so long at this location that you have to end up calling them for them to even bring out to you.
Sometimes pizza are rushed, and not done right. I had crust finish only done half way, or toppings 2/3 on one half and 1/3 on other half.Update: there is no more Crust Flavor. It's not the same pizza anymore, it's tasteless.
You could have started by sending me what I ordered. I ordered the 4 pack of sodas for $6.00 (2 Pepsi, 1 Sierra Mist, and 1 Lipton peach tea). Instead, I was given a 2 liter Mountain Dew and a 2 qt Lipton Peach Tea with no heads up, no explanation, or anything. I may recommend Pizza Hut in the future but definitely NOT this one.
One person doing everything, he better be getting paid 99$ an hour

location only had hand tossed or thin crust available. not having all crust options available is a big let down.
This Pizza Hut location always does a FANTASTIC job! Friendly, on-time, accurate. Love them.
Make sure the pizza is hot and when trying to contact the store to get it resolved keep getting hung up on.
