Bad customer service. Evening Manager doesn’t know how to solve problems.
It's a standard McDonalds, nothing out of the ordinary. They are currently (in early 2022) undergoing remodeling, so we'll see how it improves after.
Ordered a mcchicken and a hot spicy chicken and they switched the wrappers and put the regular one in the hot and spicy. My mouth was on fire and told the person I was with that they switched them and labeled the sandwiches wrong.
They always make the happy meals correct. Thank you for that....But...NO Salads at all???What?????? If you are looking for a healthy alternative if the family decides on McDonald's then you will have to figure something else out. Disappointing! ?

I like it! This spot is hidden in Long grove/Mundelein area; so you really have to find it on your Google Maps.
Outdoor seating is definitely a plus point here.
Only visit this location occasionally. While the food order was quick and accurate, the service was less than friendly. As I pulled up to the second window my food bag was out the window for pickup without any greeting.

Sometimes they get my order wrong. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, and it doesn’t bother me too much.The lady who is always at the drive through register is literally my favorite person ever. She’s so nice and funny.
