This McDonald’s has literally gotten our order wrong every single time. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald’s to our house. With kids and a preference for warm food we’re pretty much forced to use them. We Don’t always have time to check the entire order or drive all the way back when we discovered or order is incorrect or missing items. I get mistakes happen but this seems to be poor training or carelessness by the staff. It’s hard to get on board with the “Fight for $15” when I can’t even get what I ordered, ever.
They didn’t take the time to answer my question about my 27 year old kids party. This is an outrage. I just wanted to know if i could cater a party.
Never… NEVER order through the app unless you want to wait for ever to get your order. Other than that, is a good place.
My boys love McDonald's they would eat there every day if I let them. More often then not the order is always wrong, very frustrating. Before we leave always need to take everything to check the order.
I prefer this McDonald's to the other ones in mundelein. They have not messed up my order here.
We purchased sausage mc griddle's (2), sausage burrito (1) and ice tea, the meal's were just ok. Only stopped due to traveling through Mundeline..
raw meat. went in and they told me that that’s how they’re made. i’ve never seen a quarter pounder this red before. Manager was very rude. An employee even said he wouldn’t eat it.
Ive been going to this Mcdonalds for as long as I can remember and I'm 40 now and this establishment has become unacceptably slow and inaccurate to the point of embarrassment.
Went to get oat meal before work. Opened the page and the apples were expired over a week. Went to talk to the people up front. The lady threw three packs away before giving me a new one
Had a very pleasant interaction with order taker Eduardo, and his father the cashier through the drive-thru, sorry did not get his name. Great hospitality genes run in the family! These guys are keepers! Will definitely choose this McDonald's for future visits!
