Management / owners are very rude and customer service skills are lacking! Food is mediocre
Normally everything is wonderful from Luigi's. Today I ordered the jumbo shrimp dinner with baked potato, requested butter and sour cream. Although the shrimp is great, they did not provide me with Cocktail Sauce. Nor did they provide butter or sour cream for the way under-cooked potato. Very disappointed in this take-out order.
Unbelievable 10.50 for a Italian beef and this is a joke how much beef is on it. Plus another 4% i you pay by credit card. Never again

Came here for the first time and was very disappointed. We bought the chicken parm and I will say it was my least favorite I have ever had. Chicken tasted like a frozen patty they heated up and well same goes for the rest of the meal. Doesn't seem to have homemade ingredients to anything we bought. Cannoli was a prepackaged and frozen in the wrap when we received it, Unfortunately we will not be going back. A lot of other italian joints out there with homemade taste and preparation.
A good, solid, local, pizza joint.They used to advertise more, so there were always coupons/deals to be had. Haven't seen any for awhile, but their prices are competitive enough that they're not really necessary.Have only ever ordered take-out pizza, which was always handled well, and available at the time promised. A decent pie, with plentiful toppings.The restaurant is decently sized, and have often wanted to venture away from their pizza to something else - maybe sometime soon.
I took my daughter out for dinner and the service was great, they were very nice and accomodating with my girl

we had the pasta but it was alright i would come again but only to try something else ?♀️
