Pretty disappointing sub. 1 SLICE of meat to a sandwich and a bag of chips $18.00. They are getting worse than subway. At least Subway puts more meat on the sandwich.
Great place for a quick lunch
Worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Every time I order delivery from them, the sandwiches have almost nothing on them. There's almost no meat, cheese, or vegetables. I keep ordering thinking I had a bad experience, but it's happened 3 times.I've complained to their corporate, but they won't do anything because it's an individually owned location. Save yourself the money and frustration and order elsewhere.
Ordered roast beef got home had turkey.
I think that Jimmy John's is the best value for the food that you get because it's always fresh it always is delicious and they don't short you on ingredients. They have a little longer hours and some and I'm never disappointed but I suggest you buy the bigger sandwich and cut it in half you don't necessarily need chips a drink you might find cheaper elsewhere because the sandwiches are quite expensive but for the best value you buy the larger one and cut them in half
Manager Vince is such a nice and hard worker! He was so kind and understanding about my special instructions, and handled my order with care. Everything was perfect and nobody could compete with a guy like Vince, truly one of a kind.
Called at 11:55 today to order lunch, the driver didn't show up until about 1 when I was leaving work. The store is three minutes from mine. I ended up retuning the food without an issue but missed my meal. Plus seeing the other past reviews of lately seems like they need a restaff.
Absolute disgrace. Took more than 45 minutes for my sandwich to come. Called the store twice. Asked for a refund the 2nd time as I’d missed my dinner break entirely. Said that wasn’t something he could do. Said I should have just come in if I needed it quickly. The actual manager, VINCE, said this. I asked for the number for corporate and he hung up on me. I’m pretty sure he then took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call back.I understand that staffing is tight right now but this is inexcusable. Why does this manager still have a job? He clearly makes a habit of this.
I went to Jimmy Jone’s in mundelein Illinois the addres is 684 s lake street , normally I don’t like adding bad reviews, but it this time I’ll have too !!! because I love the taste of the sandwiches that you guys make .I always come back , BUT THIS TIME IM NOT SURE IF I WILL OR MY FRIENDS WHO REGULARLY COME TO THIS JIMMY JONES IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! . I had a bad experience even though my sandwich taste great . The lady that took my order was wearing gloves which I said to myself that great!!! But while my order was getting ready after taking my order ,she moved to where they are making the sandwiches and also grab some slices of cheese and put them on my sandwiches which I was so UPSET !!!!! about !!! because right after she did that put the slices of cheese on my sandwiches with the same gloves she was using , a new customer walked in and she move to the computer and started placing the order, so that means that she grabs the computer!!!!! She goes and places cheese and my sandwiches and also grabs money and does the same thing!!!!! That’s very dirty!!!!!!!!! Never tho that please !!!! And more if you know a customer it’s watching you !!!! I’m sure if you were the customer you would be discussed it by that and not come back ..!!! Please fix that!!! I know many of my friends go there too so , please look at that cámaras and have a talk with the person that did that ,,,that way you guys continue to have a lot of business..she also didn’t give me a receipt nor put it on my bag in my sandwiches.
Took over 40 min to get food delivered less than a mile away because they only have one driver. We called the store, and talked to the manager, Vince (the guy in charge of keeping the place staffed), and he hung up on us, after telling us to just come to the store (and not refund anything, not even the delivery fee). Don't order from here, there are plenty of other places (and Jimmy John's for that matter.
