This was my first time here I thought the food was decent the 1 lbs of skirt steak 45 bucks nothing special and rice and beans on the side meat needed more flavor 3/5. We were also recommended a shrimp dish with garlic cilantro 4/5, Chipotle sauce shrimp that was ok as well 4/5. Overall the staff and owners are great the treat you like family. Enchiladas of mole 5/5
The steak fajitas and the shrimp fajitas are soooo good!! We’ve ordered them at the restaurant and to go and both were fantastic. The beef tacos, guacamole and salsa are also excellent. This is our go to restaurant when we are craving fajitas or tacos! The wait staff is also so very friendly. Highly recommend!

Its been a while and to be honest. Its just as great as I remember. Food is just the way I like it. Oh and if you like hot ask for the special hot sauce.
Wish I could leave a half a star or less. Rudest waitress I've had in a long time at any restaurant. Talks down to the costumers like they are idiots when asking a question about their menu. All while she is training a new worker. After waiting OVER an HOUR AND A HALF for 4 taco dinners and a combo platter, 3 of those taco dinners still come out wrong. What a great way to spend my birthday dinner... Thank you El Barrio.

Yummy authentic Mexican food. Margittas are off the chain. Come to El Barrio if you want a real Margitta and delicious food.
