I am appalled at the lack of service that was given to me this morning. I just left this location after ordering a simple order. The attitude from the younger staff was insulting. I spent 7 minutes at the window waiting for my drink. The cashier was not wearing a uniform and he was not respectful in any way shape or from. I will never return to this location . I am a teacher for the state of IL and I was on my way to work. It was almost as if they were not giving me my drink on purpose. Very strange
I only went to this location because I was thirsty got a medium (Cappuccino Blast -Caramel-) 2nd time I tried it, I didn't realized it wasn't supposed have lots of ice. The employees in this Mundelein location took their time to correctly make my drink unlike the (North Chicago location 60064) IMO.
The drive thru service in the morning is horrible here. Always long line.
They cannot get an order right. Multiple times, they have bungled my order. I will go elsewhere for my breakfast needs. Very disappointing...
Just a moment ago today, Jan 9th, 2022 att 11:53am I ordered in the drive through a medium black coffee, the lady asked me to confirm my order of a small tea. I corrected her and said I wanted a medium black coffee. I received a medium coffee with cream and sugar. Is there a simpler job to do than take drive through orders? Come on!
They always make my Latte the way I like.

Very poor management. Train your staff correctly and stop arguing with customers- very immature as a manager. And check labor laws before leaving a girl alone for 9+ hours without break
