Normally, I have good service here. They can be a bit paranoid. They always call me to make sure I’m coming to get my food. I always head to the restaurant about 20minutes after ordering for my family. This last time I ordered food, something I’ve ordered before and it was SOOOO salty. Way over salted. I called and told the manager. They didn’t even offer to replace or fix it. $11meal down the drain. It was disgusting. This is my low rating for their lack of customer service or satisfaction.
They delivered food to wrong address and they didn’t care or seem to understand stand. Lucky the lady living 6 house brought my food that was Payed for already. I gave them too many chances and the always know how to do something wrong from bring things I didn’t ask for and not refunding after pay 80 dollar of food that didn’t order. They don’t know how to make a customer happy even though they know there wrong.

My go to for local good Asian eats. I back them 100%. Food is always tasty, and portion sizes are good for multiple meals, making it convenient. Chef specials are highly recommended!
The food arrived 2.25 hours after we ordered. We were told 60 minutes, I spoke to 3 managers that were incredibly rude. When the driver arrived I asked to return the food and he got aggressive with me. I called the r restaurant and asked for a refund and they hung up on me. The food arrived and was cold, clammy and nothing you could call edible. Horrible service and food. Try their competitors as there are several good options in the area.
The place is dirty and they charge for water the price of can of coke, all egg rolls are over cooked! Basically it’s cheap Chinese delivery food not quality food with nice sit down

10 years ago this was my favorite chinese place in town. I never had any problems with my orders. The quality has been steadily decreasing since the ownership changed from the old family. The meat is always grisly and tough. The last 2 times I have eaten here the food has had a distinctly spoiled taste and I've had to throw it out. Money is tight and I can't afford to throw out 15 dollars like that on rotten food. I won't be ordering here again. It's a shame. I've also never seen the people preparing my food wearing masks since covid started for those who care about that (as all of you should - someone who's 80 years old has a chance of dying to covid in the double digits, this is unacceptable for food service to be risking spreading it further)
