Staff is excellent and food is always fresh! My kids favorite after a hockey game at glacier.

This Culver's is fantastic! The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond for my family and I. I have incorrectly ordered items in the last week and on both occasions the Culver's staff corrected the issue. It was clearly my fault but the staff still helped correct the issue. That means a lot to me and is one of the many reasons I will continue to go to this restaurant. This company values and treats customers like me very well and for that I thank them.
Good food as always. Staff is super friendly. Gaby was so nice she even laughed at my jokes. Wish my family would do that. ?
You can’t go wrong with Culver’s. If you know you know. It’s the chick fila of burgers with far better fries and deserts.
This place was my go spot for when I wanted something sweet. Unfortunately after today, I will no longer go here. We would get a bigger cup and scoop for one scoop of flavor of your day. If your going to minimize the scoop at least lower the price? Makes no sense how the scoop went up on flavor of the day. I understand it’s hard times right now. Don’t kill your self by lowering your quality. I don’t mind paying! if we as customers will get a good amount of ice cream in our cup. “Makes no sense”
Undercooked hamburgers again. Ecoli health threat to adults and deadly for children. Google ecoli children deaths California to see how risky it is to eat pink colored hamburger. Iv complained to regional Culver’s mgt before and to employees at this location but nothing changes. This is a franchise location. Do not bring your children here! Go to Culver’s in Lincolnshire- they have a different owner!
Was surprised to learn that a shake takes 22mins. Glad I ordered food to get cold and another ice cream to melt. At least the 2 people behind me in the drive thru got their shakes 10mins before me.
The food is hot and fresh, or if it's ice cream or frozen custard, served cold with a smile from workers. The washroom was nice and clean. Thank you Culver's!
