Absolutely the worst Chipotle, I've ever been to. Mess everywhere, the female manager just throwing my food around and giving me attitude. like she was unhappy with her job. Very disappointing. No wonder this location has a low rating.
Worst experience! They messed up my online order of burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken and black beans and gave a bowl with cheese, sour cream, pinto beans without rice and chicken. When we called to complain the staff were not listening to what we are saying, joking among her colleagues and laughing, kept asking us to repeat what's the issue. Better avoid ordering at this location.
Worst food ever. Literally any other chipotle is better than this one. Their potion sizing is so small, they barely give you any ingredients. There had been multiple occasions where my food was cold and they forgot ingredients.
Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. My order is wrong like half the time. Then you call to ask what happened and you get attitude. Literally any other one is better.
I love Chipotle and have eaten it more time that I can remember, but given my last dining expirience I doubt I will be back. I place an online order for our food and requested that one of the bowl have protein on the side; since their is no option to not order a protein on the website. When we went to pickup our order, we checked the order and it had the protein on the bowl. We asked that the order be remade with the protein on the side. After a few minutes the manager came to the window and said that Chipotle does not remake orders and that we should take our concern to Corporate.So "Corporate", I am taking this up with you! Are you a company that believes in statisifying their customers or have I been lucky with all my previous purchases. My guess, given the ratings on this store, I have been lucky! BTW, I will be spending my $$ somewhere else until I hear back from you.
Absolutely terrible service and infrastructure.. Tried to order online 4 times and the system keeps giving an error, then called the store only for the IVR to not recognize the voice for the correct order and then finally called the store and no one is answering. I guess they just don't want my business. Awful - time to move on to another restaurant.
Ordered a burrito online with extra rice and extra cheese. The burrito was literally half the size of any other Chipotle burrito I've ever ordered. The contents would not even fill a third of a Chipotle bowl.
Worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. The portions are so tiny I shouldn't have even payed full price for the bowl. I asked for extra rice, but the girl put less than the regular amount. They scoop the ingredients so carefully as to not give you "too much". The guac was brown as well. I left hungrier than when I arrived. Tables were filthy, too.
If I could put a zero I would. They had people waiting not just one but 6 people waiting outside of their doors. They had all their doors locked at 7:15. The website states you guys are open. Is cold outside and no one acknowledged us or even bother to look over. When one of the customer that were inside opened the door for us one of the girls shouted “WERE CLOSED BUT YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE BUT YOU CAN’t BE IN HERE” so everywhere left. Horrible service… ???
Tonight I got tacos with carnitas.They used chicken seasoning on pork meat and was very odd and super salty. Guac had a lot of big pieces of red onions the only thing you could tasteTacos always wrap in a sloppy way… use a bowl Chipotle…Counter where you pay always with some crumbles or piece of food while employees busy to chat.It’s a new place : keep it nice.
