This was the second time I've ordered from this Baskin Robbins and they completely screw up my order. Just paid $30 for a banana split and a sundae and what they gave me was two scoops of ice cream in the container with no toppings, no whipped cream no bananas, nothing! They didn't even get the ice cream flavors right! They just put whatever they want in the containers and send you on your way! Then I try to call the store and no one even answers the phone it goes straight to a voicemail box that is full! Ridiculous! I'm furious!
Just brought home ice cream for the family and my wife had a cap nut in her ice cream. Not a food product nut, a piece of hardware. That’s on top of the order being wrong. Asked for 2 flavors in a cup and we got 2 cups with 1 flavor and of course 1 flavor was not what we asked for.
Stopped in for the free kinetic sand promotion. Anna greeted us with a smile and shared her thoughts and recommendations. Our drinks were delicious!

Employees stop taking orders before closing time. I wait in drive thru for someone to take my order and nothing, no one takes my order! This has happened twice!! I see employees inside store not caring! So now I just drive 25 minutes away to different location!
So June 19 2020 about 6:20am decided to into store to get some beagles. Their was a lady in front of me getting helped. She had issues with the employee. The employee helping her was not wearing a mask or gloves. Seeing that I decided to leave. I want someone handing my food to where the recommended safety equipment during this pandemic. It is sad see this business not following the guidelines!
Put in an order for a birthday cake online, my card was charged, had a confirmation email and everything and when I went to pick up the cake, they had no idea what I was talking about, said they had no orders come in and they were not even apologetic about it....and yes I had the correct location! When I returned home, I tried calling them for more info and they actually don't answer the phone....also tried to call corporate and gave up after being on hold for 10 minutes. Thankfully, Visa took care of the charge.

I agree with a lot of the other reviews. Food isn't that great at times.
