As others stated...seems like owners just abandoned it to employees with no leadership. 1. Stop touching the straws and putting them into drinks..this is not 1950. 2. " Ketchup only" on a cheeseburger doesn't mean no cheese.... hamburger=no cheese: cheeseburger=cheese. 3. Using tamper proof stickers on the side of a bag does nothing for tamper resistance.Just don't bother to go here.
This steak and shake is terrible, its like its just been abandoned. Not sure they have a franchise owner or a manager at the Randhurst location. They close whenever they want. Like hours earlier than posted closing times and the food lacks any real care. Which at a Steak and Shake makes me think it's probably not edible.
Waited in drive thru for more than 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not serving inside so that shouldn’t have been an issue. Got to window given wrong order. Had ordered 3 shakes which were not good . More whipped cream than ice cream. Server told us her machine was not working good ordered chocolate shake because they had no malt. It was like a vanilla shake. My grandsons Kit Kat shake was the same. Will never patronize them again. Tried to call to speak to manager no answer. Poor poor service and product.

Sat in the longest drive through... & than opened up my garlic burger and it was super dry No butter what so ever on my bun, first time I've ever had this burger to be!!!
The place is fine. The people were professional. I used to like steak and shake but the place changed with no more very berry milkshake, syrup instead of fresh fruit s and, or the menu was short compared of what I am used to.Especially when your preferred lunch is not on the list anymore. I am far from complaining in this particular world situation. Just what it is.
The worst Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever had! Horrible food smart A** service. Old burger patties and cold food!!!! What type of leader would allow this to continue for this long- these same reviews go back a long time! No way this will stay open for a lot longer! Poor management
The service was rude and my shake was disgusting. I ordered a butterfinger shake that had NO butterfinger pieces on top, tasted like peppermint and it had a very dirty lid. Which of course I didn't realize until I drank like half of it!!! NEVER AGAIN!! ??
honestly the worst place I've ever been too eat. this place need to be shutdown before they get people seriously sick!!! do not get the shakes the machine has not been cleaned in months you will get sick. hopefully a health inspection shuts this place down.
Would not recommend steak and shake. I bought a cheese burger and a peanut butter shake as a modest order. First off they messed up my order and gave me fries, which I specifically did not order because I hate their fries.2nd I got home and straight up squirted a$$ two hours later, and for the rest of the night. I had to cancel poker night with the boys because I was $hitting.Then I woke up the next day and my pi$$ burned. And that’s not from something weird I haven’t had seggs for a long time.Wasn’t worth it. Don’t follow in my footsteps.
