Employees are extremely rude and lack basic customer service skills. I ordered ahead 20 minutes before and when I went in my order wasn’t there. When I tried asking about it, the rude staff flat out ignored me I had no choice but to leave without my drink. I order ahead for a reason! Don’t take my money if you can’t fulfill the order then ignore me when I try asking about it.

I ordered 2 chocolate crossiants via drive thru, they gave me 2 regular crossiants (not what i ordered) i called to complain, their phone doesn't work. I hate the service. How can i fix my issue?

The place has a ton of super comfortable chairs where you can get your work done. The regulars are super friendly. The music is decent and the die-hard staff are great! Awesome music, environment and coffee! I am a coffee drinker and this is a good place for a person such as myself. Quick service and amazing quality as you can expect! Delicious drip coffee and other caffeine boosting options. This place is a coffee science house, so it is definitely worth the trip. They brew a select batch everyday meaning you can go multiple times for a different tasting. I recommend coming here to relax, its cozy, and comfy which is nice. So go experience it yourself.

We order a green tea latte, they didn’t have the ingredients. They wasted our time by making us wait in line. Very bad service.

There was a dark hair on the top of my beverage lid twice in two days. I barely walked away from the counter before noticing. The drinks were remade both times. No offer to comp either beverage for the mishaps. (On day 2 I even told them the same thing happened the previous day.) Some of those baristas definitely need hairnets. Is management even aware? I’ve certainly purchased my last beverage from this Starbucks.

the owner really needs to speak to their employees about customer service and educate them on inclusivity. Asked us if we were going to just stand around or order someone when we were in there for less than a minute browsing the cup selection. need to get off their high horse.

I hadn't been to this location before, but the salted caramel Cold Brew was made perfectly. Other locations tend to have and issue with consistency.

Asked for Salted Caramel Mocha, got Toffee Nut Mocha which was far too sweet. To exhausted to take it back and have it remade. Minus 1 star ? because of the goof. For a $7 cup of coffee, I should get what I asked for.

After wating on line in this store 10 min for all this online mobile order ,I got my drink the wrong size. And they pretend it was my fault because the cashier didn't pay enough attention to my words. Not going back.

I ordered two iced coffees from Carlos in the drive thru, who did not repeat my order back to me and took the order off the screen so fast I couldn’t see it, so when I got to the window and was handed two hot drinks I let him know *NICELY* they were supposed to be iced. He let out an audible sign, looked annoyed. I even offered to come in and wait for my drinks to not hold the drive thru up. He was still rude and annoyed. Inside the woman who had to remake the drinks found it so absolutely unbearable that she had to make my drinks correctly she kept slamming things on the counter. Even things I had my hand out waiting for. They ignored every thank you, treated me like I’d run over a puppy for asking for a straw, this was literally THE RUDEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. In almost 20 years this is the worst customer service out of any Starbucks I’ve been to in the entire country. No exaggerationsI forgot to add that the woman remaking the drinks would not verbally reply to anything, look at me, acknowledge me in any way, when I asked for a straw I genuinely thought she didn’t hear me, she said nothing, did nothing, she made the entire next drink and then slammed the straws on the counter.This was February 10th, 10:45am-11:00am, low drive thru line, no one in shop ….
