Ordered a deep dish pizza and it came as if the pizza was baked in a hurry, pizza wasn't cooked enough.
Very disappointing. Ordered a "deep dish" pizza and the smallest was 40 bucks after delivery. I asked for EXTRA cheese and was given a pizza with dough a inch thick, barely any cheese. These pizzas are supposed to have a decent amount of cheese as it is, but I felt ripped off if I wanted a double dough pizza with light cheese I would've ordered one.
We have ordered twice from them for a school holiday parties. First time they were 20minutes late, children almost didn't get lunch that day before nap, and second time they made a mistake and didn't deliver at all. We had 40 toddlers go down for nap without proper lunch. The people who work there are uncapable of taking a simple order apparently. We will most certainly never order from them again.
Ever since the new owners took it over they have completely ruined the product of Rosati's. The crust is thinner to the point where it's almost cardboard. It tastes like the sauce is different as well. The entire Pizza taste different. I had a feeling once the new owners took over it was going to go to garbage and that's exactly what it did. Some people don't belong running a pizza place because they know nothing about it
This is now the second time this location has messed up a delivery order and will do nothing about. Not only was I transferred to the "manager" but then she hung up the phone. When I called back she put me on hold for 10 minutes only to be told by the other "manager" that they are busy and can't deal with this. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!
Ordered pizza wing dough nuggets and fries called customer since they forgot the fries The lady that answered said nothing we can do but put a credit for $2.99 since the order is small that they forgot they can’t send driver back out to deliver them I asked what can they do for the inconvenience they caused since my child only eats the fries they said nothing you know they could of offered 5-10% off my bill next time but nope very rude and poor customer service from them I will not order from them again not only because the fries but the poor customer service when I called about them. Pizza is fantastic. Ordered three times so far and never disappoints. A true thin crust Chicago style pizza.
Ordered for delivery and paid online. Checked to make sure my credit card had been charged. Called 90 minutes later. Rosati’s had no record of the order. The solution from the person on the phone….I can take your order on the phone and charge you again. Hmmm…I don’t think so
Ordered from this place many times during 2021. One night I put in my order online, got charged on my card, and showed up and they had no record of my order. Gave this location a free $20 I guess.
Pizza was delivered a half hour earlier than expected which was great as I was starving, hot , good , and almost didn’t fit in the box.(it’s past the fold line on the right and in the back)
