I got a free candy stick gift!! Very colorful ice cream. Wide variety of choices. The yogurt on the top of their menu is sooo delicious ?
The best Michoacana out of all the Michoacánas hands down. No body can tell me it ain’t. You can just tell with just the pistachio ice cream. It doesn’t have that ugly dark green artificial color or flavor that the other Michoacanas have. This ice cream taste good and has a better color to it.
I love this place but bad service .Guys don't give me time to think about what I want, and they always make me wrong. but the food is very good and the taste of everything is great
Such rude employees. If you don’t like the job work somewhere else you know what you’re applying for. Always with some attitude and making faces. We’re paying customers we’re not asking for anything free.
Two simple balls of ice cream... It took the workers 38 minutes to attend. Worst costumer service. 3 women running around like chickens without head. Bathroom was dirty. T
Dirty and disgusting… everything tasted old. Worst $30 I’ve spent. Not to mention they dragged and kept forgetting stuff. Smh I’ve never been to a Michoacána this disappointing
I usually don’t mind going to this location but I went today and it wasn’t the best. For 1 I was charged for 2 medium yogurts when I got 2 small. She didn’t fill the cup with fruit like the other places.I asked for granola and she used oats. I also asked for a natural and half natural and half strawberry and that didn’t happen. I also got 2 small corns which were 60 % full and she didn’t even add the Mayo. She also knew she over charged me and didn’t want to give me my receipt. I don’t appreciate her trying to belittle me because of my race. I’ve spent plenty of money at this location because I lived in the area for 3 years. I don’t know if I’ll be returning.

Good ice cream but the wait time is a little long
I've been going there for years, but this past experience has been very disappointing. I had to tell the person behind the counter that what they where giving me was wrong. When I got home they still had gotten it wrong. I usually don't do bad reviews about service but this was just a disappointing experience. The overall ice cream is AMAZING. So I'll definitely be going back for that but definitely need to find a better way of servicing the customers.
