They wasted my time after an 1hr of waiting, they said we are sorry we gave your order to the wrong person, worse service I’ll never place an order again
Throw the whole papa johns away including manager Matthew. We had people over and waited over 3 hours for a delivery that never even left the store. We were not even notified. Zero stars.
I ordered 3 pizzas 2.5 hours ago. I called after 2 hours and was told the pizza would arrive in 20 min. I called again after 30 min and asked to speak with the manager and got transferred to Matthew. I was told that “ door dash never picked up my order” even though I was told by a difference employee that my order was picked up and would arrive in 20 min. Obviously this made me upset and instead of solving the problem, Matthew decided that it was a good idea to tell me to calm down and that I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. Terrible customer service. I will never order from here again.
They ALWAYS forget the 2L Soda. Two separate occasions this happened. This seems to be a constant afterthought here.

They will not get another dollar from me. Who delivers pizza like this? Even if this is driver error why not just turn around and have them remake it. This particular location has been the worst to deal with. Never again will I patronize this businsss.
If they bring the 80 year-old driver again who was sleeping on the bench inside the store I will start going there once again . He was the epitome of customer service .
You destroyed our lunch...I never received such a horrible service before! We ordered 3 large pizzas and couple sides, paid over $60. Our order was a mess. Pizzas in the boxes were like someone already eat it!! I had a feeling that I am eating food from garbage. It ruined our lunch and rest of the day. Pizza was good but you could not enjoy it because the way how it was delivered. I would think twice before ordering again from this location. I would definitely recommend to check what you order in front of delivery guy before leaving a tips.
Terrible service paid for 3 pizzas $70 i order by uber eats live 4 minutes away and waited 2 hours ridicules... they are not organized with orders I went to pick up myself... the management terrible did not want to talk to me.
