Great service, good food and nice location with parking!!!

Fried rice was not cooked properly. You can still feel the hardness of every single grain. Very very disappointed☹️

On Wednesday June 1, 2022. Terrible customer service at around 3:00pm - 3:30pm.Walked in and stood waiting for service. One employee walked by and did not acknowledge us. Not even a simple "hi... someone will be right with you...".I noticed there was possibly a shift change. That should be not be an excuse. (I suspect management is partly to blame on the failed operational aspect during shift turnover). I understand the challenges of staff shortages in the services sector... but blatantly walking (back and forth multiple times) in front of your customers who have been standing there for five minutes without at least a simple acknowledgement is terrible. I've been to many other Panda Expresses and was never treated this poorly.Restaurant had no napkins. Three separate customers had to come back to ask for plastic forks.Tables were dirty. Floor in front of the drink machine was wet and slippery.This location does not even have a drive-thru.On the plus side: The food was good. Portion size was generous.Mount Prospect Panda Express has potential. Service is below standards in this particular restaurant when compared to other Panda Expresses.

The food is good but no fortune cookies that's sad, I've order a Family meal the lady forgot my fortune cookie :( it's okay wish you guys didn't forget. Because Chinese food has to have fortune.

I usually have a good experience here until today May 24, 2022 10:50 am. One of the servers was kenni and i dont know the other one’s name. They both seemed rude and unprofessional. They didnt even fill up the plate when i ordered. Like i said it was my first bad experience here. I hope a manager sees this.

Don't go there after 2hours before close.I went there 2 hours before they close, and they only had 3 or 4 entrees and nothing else.Those 3 or 4 emtrees were left overs from earlier in the day that nobody wanted, and their orange chicken tasted like it was 3 days old from the fridge that they just microwaved for 10 seconds... Horrible food quality and customer service. Not a lot of selection available 2 hours from closing...

It says it’s open at 10:30am it’s 11:45. Waiting on them to open , come in for a family meal , $35 they tell me I have to wait because people behind me need some of my entrées , smh ?‍♂️ ,

Im a very loyal fan of this place but the last 2 times my food was not what it always is. The last time the orange chicken was very empty and low i asked the lady if i can wait for the next batch and she told me the cook was on break like how does that work. very disappointed

Went 30 minutes prior to close and staff were refusing to make any more food - only offered whatever they had left, which was half a serving of orange chicken and a few rangoons. Terrible customer experience, just close the store if you're not going to make any food.

They never pick up the phone I know this place does not be that busy you can be calling them mutiple and no one picks up so you have to build up a new taste for something different they need to fire the whole staff and find new workers from managers to gm to regular staff it should never be impossible they not picking up the phone that’s rude and disrespectful for people who have ?s or wanna call in pick up orders or add something on to order or to even just simple call and tell them they messed up your order this place is bad customer service and bathrooms dirty always not clean environment which anybody with common sense knows the food is not that all good because nobody is clean if bathrooms and other places always dirty every visit
