One person kind of taking orders pretty dlow
The staff is so wonderful! Always friendly and quick to get my order and the store is very clean
Unfortunately bad service and can't ever seem to get their orders right. It's a shame because they have good ice cream. From now on it's Haagen-Dazs for me.
Great service and ice cream
Never thought I'd be so thrilled with the service from an ice cream shop. It can't be difficult right? Order ice cream, receive ice cream... First, the employees of this Oberweis were all kind, accommodating, and very pleasant to interact with. I wish I took note of the name of the manager at the time, but it's great to see a manager helping his employees and genuinely wanting to make sure his customers have a good experience.Right before closing, I came in with all the kids from our group to treat them for ice cream during a hot, and busy time during the Mt. Prospect Block Party. We got through all the kids' orders (a feat in itself) and of course the computers go down. Mentally, I was preparing myself to have to apologize to all the kids that we weren't going to be able to get ice cream.It would have been perfectly acceptable for the manager to apologize, but say they wouldn't be able to serve us. Especially since it was just a few minutes before closing. And at a time when people seem to be getting more rude, more impatient, and more unwilling to be kind to others, the manager simply said don't worry, I took care of it and he made sure all the kids got their ice cream. Considering how late it was and how tired they must have all been after working during a concert, I was floored at how nice they all were. Can't wait to go back.P.S. This part probably doesn't need to be said, but the ice cream was also amazing.
The ice cream was so creamy and yummy ???
I had a double scoop of ice cream here, cookie dough plus cookies and cream. It was pretty good. This was my first time back to oberweis in ten years or so and I was happy with the ice cream and the customer service

The service was excellent I only asked for ice cream but the cashier Taylor was so nice and friendly to me, she made the entire experience so much better. I recommend.
