Ordered online and waited an hour and thirty minutes for one pizza and some bread sticks. Slower than slowe.
I’ve ordered before I came to store online, I came 15 minutes later but I waited in the store 50 minutes to get just 1 cheese pizza with Buffalo Ranch:((
If you don’t mind waiting 30min-1hour for your food this is the place for you. They never have food ready it’s always empty and you’ll have to wait for it to be cooked.????????????
I like that they're open late but my pizza was under cooked...
My husband and his son really likes this pizza, well the stuffed crust pizza because it has cheese on the crust and they are cheese fanatics of course, and they also like the stuff crust pizza rolls
Worst experience every single time, I didn't wanted to report it but this is too much. I used to work for Little Caesars in a different location that's why I always wanted to go for the Little Caesars pizza. Today, I called them and made an order and they said it will take 30mins to 40mins. I totally understand how busy they get but when I got there the cashier said it's ready first I have to pay. Therefore, I paid and he was looking around for my pizza like they already have made it then said they are going to remake it. I ordered it go for my job. They were so arrogant and I asked for refund and they didn't wanted to say who was the Manager's name. Guys please be sure it's ready before you pay. I am not coming back to this worst customer service place again.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. The staff is a mess, jaded (understandable), and constantly yelling at one another, among chaos. Wait times at least 30 minutes. Not worth it at all. Go to Dominos or Pizza Hut and save yourself the time and headache. Never going back to this place.
Very disappointed. The pizza was tasteless and the crust was awful like a school pizza. Faster service at Dominos for comparable price and choice of crust.
Unbelievable. There were about 8 people inside all crowded. I DO understand busy, but there needs to be someone at the front occasionally stating that those who have ordered need to STEP BACK to wait... 4 people all waiting right behind the register who have already been helped... which is directly in front of the door. 7 people waiting outside. I stood there for about 10 min before just leaving; I was only there for a hotnready chz.
They need help in this location. They're either not organized or they need more staff to keep up with the orders. We tried ordering by phone and they stated that they were only doing online orders due to staffing. Then 3 weeks later we tried using the app and that wouldn't work and had to call in our order. The kid on the phone was rushing us to order our food and was quick to hang up. They all seem like young kids who work here buy they have no customer service, smile, or sende of humor at all.
