I eat here 2-4x a week. Yesterday the so called "Manager" Said out loud in front of a lot of people. " You are wearing too much cologne, its a lot".I wear creed aventus, 3 sprays. No one in my office thought it was lot or anywhere else. I was attacked by her. Then while leaving outside she walks up to me and says " You just have to be careful with how much you wear."Very unprofessional, unethical and degrading. My Attorney will be in contact.
Slowest sandwich making Jimmy John's I've ever been in
I ordered a big pepe ham and cheese sandwich yesterday they charged me 8 dollars for the sandwich. I returned it for my money back. On that sandwich they only gave me 3 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese. So they are literally robbing the customers. I went to Walmart yesterday I bought a half pound of ham and cheese and 4 rolls for 8 bucks.
Had the new Black and Blue sandwich. It was okay but not enough blue cheese in my opinion.
Every time I call and order the staff is great! I never go into this location so I can’t say what it’s like to eat here. What I will say is that when I order for delivery it’s always fast and I’ve never had issues with my food.
Disappointed about the NEW "Chicken Caesar wrap", in a few words: you get 1/2 size portion of a Chipotle Burrito wrap; bonus: the free smells actually do cost you money.The tortilla size is top big for the contents, savorless chicken, lettuce poor, dressing no comment, bread crumbles lost each other inside.A salad recipe on tortilla? What I was thinking when I bought it!!A fiasco of product venture imo.Good Subs though.

We sent a mobile order and waited for an hour. The said they will send us a text when the order is ready. They never texted us and we wasted our time.
If you're ever thinking about working at Jimmy Johns, not at this location! My boyfriend was called yesterday by the manager asking my boyfriend if he is able to attend an interview the next day at 10:00AM. He replied with yes. My boyfriend called them this morning to make sure he is still able to come and they told him he doesn't have a scheduled interview! The workers are also very rude. They stare at you at watch you eat like excuse me could you mind your business? also very overpriced.
Went to this location to redeem a free sandwich from my Tmobile app. I thought it would be easy but it was not and I was a hard time trying to get the order to go through. So rather than trying to help the manager Told me that “these are the hoops I have to go through to get my sandwich and I am unable to help you” this is from the manager. I was not the only person having issues, but being in food service the customer service by the manager was terrible. Now I can see why there were hardly any guest
