After taking a few bites of food I noticed that the plate had dried on food on it. When the server got the manager he claimed it was from his gloves. Didn’t offer to replace the food, or take it off the bill. Then after that, the same manager was touching their POS system with the same gloves on. Will never go there again.

Sophia is the best bartender! She works so hard and is always there to accommodate us even before we ask. She suggests the best drinks and food and we just think she is just a valuable employee and they are very lucky to have someone with integrity and a great personality! Also, compliments to the chefs and waiters who brought our food out. They were prompt and made sure that everything was prepared thoroughly and they never fail to make everything perfect. We are happy to say that this is our Sunday funday stop!

My fiance and her daughter have been here a few times over the last few months. The bartender, Sophia, remembered my fiance and her daughter as they wore matching coats the last time was tending bar. She was great and very freindly! The food is good and a great value for the price. Not to mention being close to the Mount Prospect train station. Come in and enjoy the atmosphere and the food and drink at Emerson's!

I was super impressed from the atmosphere, service, amazing burgers to the craft cocktails. We will definitely be back soon!!

Decent burgers, but they typically undercook the bacon. Tastes gross. Other than the burgers, the rest of the food is just greasy with no flavor. The host that registers carry-out refused to give me change back for a 16$ dollar order that she did nothing to do the 4$ for. Who in the right mind tips hosts? It was a sad situation and I did not try to argue with her for it.

Food was very good at a very price. Excellent service. Nice atmosphere but, perhaps, a little loud if you're looking for some place more intimate. Nevertheless, we had a nice, fun meal for 4 at right around $70. Also, Google Maps gets super confused when trying to find this location and will send you around in circles at time of writing. Its not hard to find but just a heads up.

Disappointing. Went there tonight for dinner. We were seated pretty quickly, then sat at the table for nearly 15 min without acknowledgement. We finally grabbed the person that seated us & asked for a server. Ordered fried pickles as appetizer, BBQ Bacon Burger & Patty Melt for main course. Everything arrived together (so much for being an appetizer). Beers were expensive & not overly good. Burger was average, patty melt was overcooked. Server was inattentive, checked on us once then asked if we wanted the check. Not impressed at all

My favorite local spot for casual dinner and drinks! Excellent staff and delicious food. With my recent online order pickup, a staff member waited up front to verify a certain topping was safe with my allergy; I very much appreciated that! Thanks Emerson's!

Shhhh, don't tell anyone about my neighborhood hangout. The food is gourmet/bar/comfort and the local beer is flowing. It's glitzy and homey and friendly and affordable. They even have a loyalty points program (thanks for the birthday beer!). See ya there.

Always a lively atmosphere. Great bar food!
