My last visit a few weeks ago was terrible. We had a terrible waitress who was very rude . She did not advise us of price increase until after the food was served . We to keeping asking her for things where she didn't come back for long periods of time. My food got cold waiting for Tatar sauce. Eventually she sent another waitress that claimed to be her daughter as she was just as rude. Another waitress was sweeping around us while we were eating which was annoying . When we were leaving one waitress said good bye in a nice matter when Another waitress said and don't come back as all three of us heard her which was extremely rude. Needless to say I did not tip my waitress and will not be returning there either ! ?
This is my new favorite weekend breakfast spot. Great service, generous portions and fair prices. Brunch and a movie matinee is a pretty great combo.
They are open till 3:00 pm and we showed up at 2:40 pm. You know what? They are served us - cool, perfect food and better service. I recommend this place ?
i can say with no doubt that is the best breakfast in mount prospect area… i have been trying all of them this month and this guys here they kill the breakfast with the homemade corn beef,homemade hash browns, fresh cut fries,fresh squeezed orange juice,nice strong coffee. I can’t ask for more
I had a lunch on last Sunday. No one was there. There were only me, my friend, owner's family, few servers. As we order food and wait to be serve, there were two owner's children. They were running the hallway, throwing toys, screaming out but no one stopped them. I called the server and asked who are those kids, then server said owner's children, she can't do anything about it because she was employee. I didn't understand who would they running the business like this. The server was kind so I wanted to give her tip but I heard they share the tips, so I gave her tip as bills then paid with card with 0 tip. I wish owner stopped us for tip so I could tell all these uneducated business system. Beside they didn't wearing masks. Worst Eggsperience chain store ever. I would recommend to go at wheeling. They are better than here.
My daughter and I go there for breakfast when we meet up. We always have a great experience. The food is good and the service is good.
manager was very rude and made a classist comment to the doordash driver, and that too, in front of other drivers; insulting all of them. the dashers were angry that wrong orders were being given out and taking 30+ minutes to get their orders. very disorganized staff.
A fairly small menu, but enough to choose from. Service wasn’t very good, food quality was good - pancakes were too fluffy/airy and not really to my liking. But worth the trip - so give it a try.
Absolutely delicious food. You will not be disappointed. The best tasting steak skillet I've ever had. The service was stellar. My family and I will be back for sure. Michaela was a perfect waitress and the ambiance was beautiful. Thanks!
I am so pleased for gluten free options, everything was cooked well, portion size was good and potatoes were tasty, most places jts bland. They also have gluten free pancakes!.
